- It's time to pick a side in this head-to-head deck builder! You can fight as either the Rebellion, trying to sabotage your opponent's plan, or as the Empire, and crush your enemies with your superiority. Featuring many classic deck-building mechanics, this combines them with the Star Wars theme in a very smooth experience. But does this bring anything new to the table to make it stand out as much as the original Star Wars movies did when released a long time ago?

Feels like an all-in-one rework of the legacy Star Wars Living Card Game.
been playing this the last month, i like altering the start and available cards to emulate episodes 4 5 6
Thank you for an honest review. I recently played Arkham Horror 3rd Edition--which also is fun but starts to feel same-y. Still, this game sounds fun, and I like the Empire feeling more brutish!
Buying the game twice to play 2 vs 2? Is this a common thing in board gaming?
Back in the day, you needed to buy 3 copies of the Android Netrunner core to get full playsets of all cards. And that third copy was really just for 4 cards.
It's not uncommon for FFG to do that, but you don't necessarily need to personally own both, if you have 4 people that like the game a second person might like to have a copy for themselves
I bought 3 cores for 3 different card games and I'm glad they have at least partially reduced that though
Only for Fantasy Flight Games. They suck.
