You know when everytime a person who looses after getting god's power, god tells them they are unworthy and takes back the powers and kills then so WHAT IF.....those other beings are truly worthy like who have manifested god's power and become worthy and those people are going against a war with these blasts

It makes you wonder who else God has taken the shape of, and who else he's manipulated in the story. It all makes sense now that Amai Mask didn't see Blast, and saw God instead, hence why he's actually a monster. On the flipside, Garou out here looking like the Chad he is.

My theory is that "God" is 1 one being, but hes able to be in multiple places at the same time through incarnations. Like how he took the appearance of blast but his main body is still in the time space.

Like if you look at Boros, he has a similar yet opposite kinda like Fashion Style with Blast or the other space people. Shiny Armour with oversized shoulder pads and a Cape that's long enough to reach the floor, and then the Spikes and Scales looking thing that kinda resemble Orochi's or Centichoro's style.

I think God takes the shape of the person you admire or trust in to lower your guard. Because Tatsumaki might have dropped her guard if Blast was the one to offer her something because he saved her in the past.

I think it's actually easy to think why he chose blast with tatsumaki, simply put, he can read out someone's deepest desires or know what they really want, and even in the webcomic you saw tastumaki wonder where blast is, so it makes sense that he took shape of someone she trusts and wants to see, but even through that , she actually managed to fend off "god"s offer which is actually pretty surprising when you think about it, like imagine she knows only those words that he told her about not expecting someone to save her in the future, but for them to come in clutch, HOLY, I love this kind of story telling
Seems like Blast can see into the future to some extent, it would explain why he hardly shows up for most events--well that and he's been fighting in different dimensions. The fact that he said "when the time comes..." and in the present "You resisted it..." with a shocked expression, to me signifies that he expected Tatsumaki to accept the deal. The series has touched on fate a few times now I think and where Saitama is concerned, he's the independent variable that continues to throw everyone off. But Blast didn't seem surprised or interested in Saitama at all.

@@thisguy3500 I mean it’s very possible. When he first met Tatsumaki and placed his hand on her head, it seemed like he was able to see Fubuki in his mind. That’s definitely esper level stuff. Either that or the technology in his suit allowed him too. We just don’t know for sure lol

Still think Bang is more powerful than Flashy Flash, but was holding himself back subconsciously against Garou.
Yeh Flashy flash is said to work in kind a secretive manner being a ninja and all… so he defeats entire hidden cults/gangs but they were covert already so their defeat is not registered and FF doesn’t get credit or anything.

Yeah, Flashy Flash looks pretty good here for losing his primary means of attack. Not gonna lie though, him wearing heels seems like a poor design choice for a speedster; unless it's like a Kenpachi Zaraki thing where he's intentionally putting shackles on himself.

The storytelling and worldbuilding is OUTTA THE FKIN WORLD, and considering how massive and expansive the Lore is I'd prolly even say that the manga is on par with like Chainsaw Man and maybe Berserk(maybe not Berserk level yet)
Tbh opm manga is just really underrated. Chapter by chapter, hype and hype, it is still not recognized by many. I hope when the season 3 commences, this will get the recognition it deserves.
When Blast mentioned his companions, I almost felt that same feeling in YuYu Hakusho when there are 2 powerful Class S demons (Yomi and Mokuro) fighting each other while the other 1(Raizen) had this unknown friends who's on the same level lol
I mean the story in itself is actually good, but then you realize this all revolves around Saitama who couldn't care less if you have evil gods or multiversal heroes lol. Nonetheless a banging chapter!
That can be a wrong take though, well at least in the beginning we saw. He wanted to fight someone who can bring his passion for fighting back, he rarely shows that emotion now but if there is a slight chance that one hero among those 8 multiversal being or the evil gods are good enough to challenge him, he will be excited for it

I think garou will have a great fight with sage centipede where it pushes Garou to his awakened form and then saitama will casually one shot evil ocean water. And then the legendary fight with Garou and Saitama will finally take place.
Nah Garou is going to torture the S class heroes, Saitama is going to one shot evil natural ocean and the chapter will end with Saitama looking bored saying, ‘Um.. who are you supposed to be’, already happened in the webcomic lol.

Maybe Garou will defeat Sage Centipede showcasing his entire arsenal and power, and Saitama will one shot Evil Natural Ocean then it will be a 1vs1 between Garou and Saitama.

There are multiple "Gods" that offer power but it's a power that can be taken back. So it's basically a Ywach situation (Bleach), where they give power but when they take it back, that person dies, as well as any power that person had originally. That's why Tatsumaki would've been a score if she had accepted it. In homeless Emperor's case, I'm guessing even basic lifeforce means more power

It isn't like bleach, it's still interesting and makes sense while being funny. So definitely not bleach at all as such bleach is all about hype with no actual substance.
My theory is this, there is a good god and a monster god, and there was a battle between both, the monster god gained the upper hand and in a last ditch effort before he lost, good god granted all his power to a random person... saitama. The final battle (eventually) will be monster God vs Saitama.

That's actually a pretty good theory, and plays into many Japanese/Chinese mythology. I wouldn't say the good god gave his power to Saitama, though, since we know Saitama can't be stopped. How, then, did good god lose to bad god? I think it'd make more sense if gg gave his remaining power to Blast and his crew. Could make sense as to why they're trying to stop bg.

God came in Blast's form because tatsumaki's first thought in her mind would be ' Blast please help me ' and so God came but he didn't check for the very second thought tatsumkai would have on remembering Blast ' When the time comes, don't expect anyone to save you'

The clash between PS and Garou is insane! Look at the sheer size and density (amount of light beams) of the constellation. They were not just travelling at those speeds but actually trading blows and clashing. Big ups to FF for even matching up to them, but when it was just PS and Garou, we can see that they were on another level on both speed and power. Another awesome chapter by Murata, as usual!

Also remember FF was nerfed in this fight because he didn't have his weapons. If he had his sword who knows how long he could have gone for. He might have been able to beat PS. Not Garou but PS was definately a possibility. And even fighting nerfed he still kept up, and only really started to lose after suffering a mental defeat.
@GWELL I only agree that he might last longer, but there's no way he can win either of them. PS and Garou really took off the training wheels when FF was knocked out.
A few chapters back also showed GS (Golden Sperm) blocking a hit by Atomic Samurai with the Sun blade, and it didn't even slice his arm off completely until the sword itself responded. FF is faster and more durable than AS for sure, but in terms of attack power, I think he falls short even with Instakill (his sword), compared to AS with a legendary sword imho.
@@tardigrade2244 Debatable as I still think if he had his weapons and he didn't lose his nerve he had a chance against PS (I mean it still would have been hard). Though without a doubt however I believe his hero rating should go up after this. As in terms of pure physicality he is easily in the top five strongest hero's period. I mean even AT and DS went down from only single blows from the Sperm variants. And he could even tank some hits from Garou. Which even put Bang down.

They're inconsistent with their characters. All heroes turning evil suddenly become stronger and could even beat Superman.
Batman who laughs is a great example.
This type of story really make me want to buy the graphic novel when it becomes available.
These characters and the story say so little in comparison to even decent comics of old, but they convey so much more energy and excitement.
One punch man has become maybe the best Manga of all times...from a parody of super heroe comics to this epic that's better than any DC or marvel arc I've seen for years
The art in the last chapters is unparalleled
One is really a gifted storyteller, and I love that he has this freedom to do his own thing while Murata and Co. translate his stories to this awesome manga format.

Garou knows Platinum S ”Let me pass through” move too now, that’s awesome. Golden S using that move was one of my favourite moments in the webcomic too.

I'm glad this chapter confirmed that Blast isn't a deadbeat Hero or abandon Earth. He's fighting a universal/dimensional God level being with other stronger hero's elsewhere. Great verse building. I got the impression that Flashy Flash was the 3rd wheel of the Garou vs Platinum sperm fight. They both clearly outclassed his speed, and honestly the only reason he was still running around, was because they didn't even see him as a priority. He is def not above Bang, but he might be faster than Bang, but he lacks the power to hurt or beat the really powerful enemies.
What? He was without his sword and also took hits from a much stronger garou than the one bang fought, bang was defeated by the shockwave of garou's attack, a weaker garou. Sorry, but flashy flashy is definitely above bang.

@@gta_slayer12_40 In comics, not sure about manga, but confirmed micro second level speed feats are elite company. Nano second feats are even more rare. Then there's Flash with pico second, atto second etc etc. Basically so fast that there's barely a measurement of any time at all.

This chapter made me wish Murata had worked on DBS, he's really amazing at conveying the sense of momentum, of weight, speed and power. Toyotaro may be good at the Toriyama style and creating fitting character designs, but he'll have 2 or more near God of Destruction level beings fighting and the collateral damage feels like what was easily done in EARLY DBZ if not the original Dragonball. Also, Demon Rush is looking sick.
Oh yeah, I'm guessing Saitama was "The abominable fist that turned against god" since he left that crater on the moon in the Boros fight.

Because that isn't suitable consistently for the story. Realistically, the planet they're fighting on should be destroyed as well as everything in existence around them. Goku and Vegeta as well as the opponents they've been fighting are beyond their Z forms, but you can't keep having earth explode as well as other planets they fight on.
The same thing will eventually happen for OPM when the monsters keep getting stronger and the more we see Saitama's power showcase rises up and up.
But you're still right on Murata conveying collateral damage. This arc has been a literal warzone.

Now we know why Blast doesn't always show up in the previous chapter , he was too busy fighting a God level enemy in space alongside heroes from different planets.I really hope we see more of him in the next following chapters.

Murata has to do a shippuden version of one punch man featuring blast's line of duty with whatever celestial being he's been dealing with along side whoever other hero's there is.
Yeah at first it kind of seemed maybe he didn't want to do hero stuff anymore. But it turns out he really is just busy with more dangerous hero work out in the cosmos. I mean thats where Boro's came from. There could be other Boro's adjacent tyrants out in the cosmos that requires attention.

@@javizhaparro I mean, a lotta the stuff that happened in the recent chapters didn't really happen on the Webcomic, so I'm pretty sure there's gonna be a lotta like additions for the manga and it would probably last for like 5-6 seasons
Oh yeah we definitely have a few more seasons to go. Season 3 will probably cover the saitama vs orochi fight, season 4 could probably cover the psykos-orochi battle and MAYBE saitama vs garou, and then there's the webcomic content stuff to follow, namely the Neo Heroes arc stuff, which might even be 1-2 seasons worth of content since there's multiple major story elements going on in that arc alone.
Definitively a lot considering how far its the webcomic, still remains Tatsumaki vs Fubuki, Sonic's arc, the Neo Heroes and the Machine's invasion, and even they are adding a lot of stuff to the manga not will be end soon

Yeah this is an easy explanation for why he doesn't come to earth that often. Its pretty much beneath him at this point as he's off fighting cosmic threats. Only coming back for legitimate problems on earth.
