Sir I have one confusion sir u have said that during the rights and u have said that damages and cost will pay by the Indemnity holder ? And again u have said that in sum in case of compromise money will indemnify by the indemnifier??? How sir in case of damages and cost money will indemnify by the indemnifier ? Plz sir help me

Jabki mere book me likha hai -the person who promise to indemnify or make good the loss is called indemnifier and the person whose loss is made good is called indemnified or indemnity holdee
