Much easier way of turning corners then the way I learned however finishing the last row with 15/0 is a more finished look. Great job thanks for sharing your time.
Hello Kara, thanks for the great videos! I’m trying to bezel a rectangular cabochon stone that I bought from a rock shop, I can’t tell you how many times I have tried to get it right lol… can you tell me how to figure out how many beads I would need to use on a rectangle that is a different size to your squares or princess cut? What should I do to figure that out?
Hi there! I can understand your struggle - there is no correct answer here as it all depends on the shape, thickness, size and etc. However, if its square with sharp corners and you are planning to use one of my bezelling methods - thread the delicas and put it next to your cabochon - the length of delicas should be slightly longer than your cabochon. We are talking 1-2 mm longer. That's where I would start. If it proves too tight, just throw in another delica

Thanks for the reply Kara! I’ll try those details! Could you also tell me if I could use regular seed beads instead of delicas?
@TheLablover3 absolutely 😊
I am doing the same question. 😊
Thanks Kara, I have several pieces of semiprecious stones from Brasil and want to do something, your answer will help me. Let you know after try.
Hi, how do I know how many beads I have to use for a different measure of stone?
Trial and error I am afraid 😅
