Exactly. Guy is smart and driven obviously, but growing mushrooms is not that hard. They just want to make it seem that way. I've never done anything on a scale like this man, but I've had many successful mono tubs for my magic mushrooms. Anyone with a little time and patience can do it. Going to start doing Oyster and Shitake pretty soon, myself.

In addition I'd rather look at it from the point of view that this was a video that was presented that may have been done by far better hosts but weren't and so I make do with what I was given. You didn't help create the idea, sell it to the producers or executives and do all the nitty gritty work to get this done. Appreciate what you have instead of having the time to bitch about what it could have been. Have you no idea the amount of behind the scenes work that is needed to put this together? Pressure sterilize your substrate. Spray your hands, spray your jars, spray your bags. I have grown 12 different varieties for 3 years now just for myself and family, a couple hundred bags, only had 3 contaminated blocks. Just keep everything clean.
