    In my opinion,
    -What most people miss
    in this video
    Is
    what it is about,
    And that is,
    this needs to be the nature of your “reflexes”
    -when someone grabs you…
    ie
    Another example is aikido,
    is about redirecting ass, NOT kicking ass.
    That is,
    when someone initiates violence,
    ie
    They grab you,
    They are striking at you,
    The method of aikido is too try and stay away from the “boomerang effect”
    ie
    the harder you throw something out,
    Then the harder it will come back. This can affect your reflexes in your body with proper training,
    And that affects your character.

    I see now it's hard was to follow without words but it's about dealing with conflict resolution resolving that situation ?

      It means that the goal of aikido and all the martial arts is make you a better person, your not going everywhere looking for troubles, but you don't have fear to encourage them.

    I just smiled throughout lol Smiling still lol I have an Aikido class tonight, another reason to smile also :) Been invited to join a class in another Aikido club this Saturday too while I'm off work for a week, yet another reason to smile :) Aikido and smiling... Hmmm.. Quite possible a pattern is forming. Simply put, cause and effect :) Peace all
