RESTORE INDEXATION OTHERWISE WE WILL NEVER EVER VOTE FOR BJP IN OUR LIFETIME AND WE WON'T EVEN LET OUR NEXT GENERATION ALSO TO VOTE BJP. BOYCOTT BJP!!! If they wanted to do it why in retrospective manner do it for the property purchased from 23rd July 2024. We're feeling like fool who stood invested for a long term in non-liquid asset. Property owners don't sale your properties and increase rents heavily now unanimously. Let's reduce the consumption power of people more and let this government suffer more so much so that they won't stand to serve next term. Dumb FM should try to understand the difference between liquid assets and non liquid assets.

On LTCG I think the govt is right. Property prices have gone through the roof. It will check mad rush to invest in property and check prices which have gone beyond common man's reach.
