Please keep these manicures coming, I never get tired of seeing them. Your mum's nails look beautiful for the festive season. Hope you had a lovely Christmas. 🌲
Thank you for all the tips. The skin around my nails has really changed. I no longer have painful peels and wounds since I follow your weekly manicure. Also my nails have become more beautiful and well-groomed.
You are supremely talented! I have been put into a "trance" every time I watch one of your videos. The way you care for your clients is above top-knotch. I am thankful for you. Is this color silver or gold? I can't seem to be able to tell. 😁
Thank you so much for your kind words, it was so nice to read your comment first thing I opened the comment section :) The color is more silver than gold, it's like a warm silver :) It's beautiful and a breeze to apply. Have a wonderful day ❤️
I’m so glad you showed this polish. I have a similar color from Perfect Formula I used for Christmas, but mine came out streaky. Hopefully I can do a better job next time.
I love this so much, especialy when you use bluecross!❤❤ Thank your for another interesting video! Your mom has beautiful nails😍 oh, and happy to know why you don't cap the free edge anymore😁
I so enjoy how practical you are! I always appreciate someone who is straightforward and not all about the hype. I bought one of your kits a little while back, but haven't had a chance to sit down with it to get acquainted. I think that'll be a good goal for early 2025! Please thank your mom for modeling this. I'm in my late 30s, but have chronic illnesses, so my hands look a lot like your mom's (although mine are about 60% worse since I can't seem to keep them moisturized in between my hours of slow but persistent cooking and cleaning.) It was helpful and encouraging to me to see how you dealt with her flexible nails, hard skin edges, ridges, and stuck skin. Is there a video that has more information about the process that you said helps harden nails a little bit? Thanks for this helpful and educational content! I hope you had a wonderful Christmastime and am wishing you both a beautiful New Year! ✨🎉✨
Thank you so much for writing! I'm so happy to hear that the video was helpful! Thank you so much for your support ❤️ In the following video I talk about how the hardener I find effective (Mavala) works and what kind of nails it is good for. ua-cam.com/video/2JYu0wZcSt0/v-deo.html Wishing you blessed upcoming New Year 🤗 My mom says thank you :)
Really you can use any exfoliant that is designed for the face. I prefer to use Kerasal like described in this quick video ua-cam.com/video/8LXeYtTG8OU/v-deo.html
I agree with your statement where having polished nails changes the mood. I work a stressful job at times but gosh when I look down I smile. I also have a ridge that splits down the middle of my nail. I try to keep the nail polished and Dazzle Dry base coat helps protect from the nail splitting further down while it grows out to shorten with file. Was there a reason to use matte base instead of regular? Just curious.
I used the mat base coat because that is all I have from them as base coat LOL. I bought it because it because I was curious about it. So far the polishes apply great over it. I have a few sheer colors from Manucurist I have to try next to see how they apply :))
Hello! I loved the video, and I apologize if this question has been asked and answered in a previous video, but I was wondering if you recommend a rubber base gel for nail growth. I have seen many videos where people with very long nails say that the rubber base gel has helped their nails not break, and was wondering if that was factual or if it could be harmful. I apologize again for the off topic question!

@ Thank you so much for responding! I have seen your other videos about gel nails but wasn’t sure if rubber base was the same thing, so thank you for clearing it up!
Thank you for such informative videos! I have the manicurist advent calendar on the way and i am hoping it was a good choice. I noticed in one of your videos the dry time was long, do you recommend the brand for their regular polishes or still too early to tell? Thanks for your thoughts on the brand.
All brands have pros and cons :) I do seem to like this one so far. I love the brushes and the selection of colors. I also do love the Revlon Ultra HD Snap for quick manicures. I still don't know if or in what degree these yellow the nails.
@@TheSalonLife thanks for sharing your thoughts on the brand. My calendar arrived and I tried one color on each nail. For a relative beginner almost all were easy to apply but the dune and creme colors are not easy to use, they don't level well and seemed to dry almost while still painting the nail. The snow(white) however is easier. The gloss shade is absolutely beautiful pink semi sheer with fine pink sparkle. Hortensia on me was very sheer even 3 coats maybe good for french manicure. I did not find they took too long to dry, maybe 10mins and some careful hours later on, no smudging. I didn't love the top coat it is shiny but thin. Using Essie gel couture on top I have no chips so far and like this finish better for the nails I used it on. All in all if you are someone who likes neutral/barely there/sheer sparkly colors this is a great beginner set with everything in it to get started but perhaps for someone who has other similar shades and the base products it's not needed. I am looking forward next to trying the oil, cuticle remover, mask and serum from the set. I have the catrice Base coat with no nitrocellulose ordered so hopefully i will avoid yellow nails, thank you for the tip! Hope above helps those looking at the brand and thanks again Anna, will keep watching and learning
Hi, I like your videos. Thank you very much for your work, I was able to improve my nails a lot in a month. Unfortunately, I could not find Blue Cross in my country. Is Cuticle Softener from manucurist similar or is it too aggressive?
The nail polish color looks very beautiful on you're mum her nails ❤. It looks like very expensive manicure. I will try this nail polish brand. I do have a question how long can you keep nailpolish when you have opened the bottle? I also wanted to say thank you to mrsl and you. The week before christmas i orderded the nailkit on you're website as a christmas present for myself. And i came the day before christmas. I'm so happy with my purchase ❤. When you will sell the nail salve i'm going to purchase that one as well 😊.
Hello Shirley-Ann! Thank you so much for buying a kit from us :)) Polishes don't really go "bad". They don't have any water or anything really "natural" that spoils. It's really a liquid plastic (no matter what the marketing gurus tell us) But sometimes some of the chemicals can break down or separate or fade. So I would toss a polish that has changed color or changed smell a lot. I do have some polishes that are 20 years old and they are still good. The best thing is to keep them tightly closed in dark drawer away from direct heat. They don't have to be refrigerated OK, I have to make a video about how to properly care for nail polish!!

That polish looks almost exactly like the one I wore for my wedding 24 years ago! 🥰
Happy Holidays to the whole Salon Life fam! I'm enjoying this manicure since my nails are at a similar length and they're very flexi as well. xoxxo
Always lovely to watch you work! Happy New Year🎉
Such a relaxing watch! Yet again I learnt a few new things :)

I use the manicurist active line and it lasts 2 weeks. I use a coat of the active smooth and then active bright.
What a beautiful manicure!!🎉

Beautiful work ❤
Thanks a lot 😊
If you had to choose, which do you like better? Dazzle Dry or this Green line.
Both have pros and cons :) What I prefer might not be the best choice for someone else
I should do a video comparing both lines :)
Anyone interested?

I really want to try this brand. What do you recommend to try?😌
I would like to see a video about the use of skin exfoliants. I use a product called pretty feet and hands. I would love to know what Anna recommends…

Hi Anna! You recommended that I do warm jojoba soaks - should the jojoba oil be organic? Thanks in a advance!

I noticed you file the side walls of the nail. I thought I'm only supposed to do the top edge?
