After living in Horshoe for as long as I could wait in my first playthrough I just moved into chapter 3 this weekend, so this tip will be useful, thanks.
The location at moonstone pond wasn’t patched earlier this year. Previously I had tried near the oil fields and at face rock, no luck. But at moonstone pond I got the horse after 3 tries, not bad at all. Approach from the northwest, near the text “Grizzlies East” at the place where Rains Fall discovers the burnt indian camp with Arthur, and ride a little further east until you reach the top of the dotted path that leads to the road to moonstone pond. The lady will be waiting down there, across the path. Position yourself on top of the rocks so that you’re just close enough to make a clean headshot. Once the horse spawns alive, keep it in sight while you ride down, until you’re right next to it. Then it’ll be yours 👍
@@lilithmarleen I much prefer the Cornwall oil field tunnel railroad site much easier..I only tries 2X first try failed ...second later the horse was alive..that's what I got my MFT in chapter 2...😂
@@OWMANez you should be able to steal one in the stables since you already passed chapter 3. I'm still on chapter 2 so I'm definitely getting this Turkoman...lol

not patched, i did it today, but you have to anoy the horses first so that they take some distance then where they stand at first, it doesnt give the icon to feed or brush when you click on the horse, but you can do it anyway. this is how i got mine today. goodluck
@@kittybell7223 I didnt do any of that, just follow the video, ride slow at the end until they stop so they dont get too close, then you dont target the horse (you can't) just stand in front and open the wheel, there you select the food, no need to do anything else

Between this and the white Arabian horses you can get in the snow lake region (from ch2 onwards), pretty useful ways of getting valuable horses.
You can get the MFT in ch2 tho, so faster an earlier (not with the lady bug, that seems patched) with the fotographer side quests

Bro. Got the turkoman but it was gona when i tried to dynamite myself 3 times to skip a boring past of a mission
Just fail the mission after bonding with it restart checkpoint it will spawn another without b insignia

Yes. But You can get them from other places also. But you cannot get this turkoman until epilogue
