    Regarding the third trick, here is what we follow.
    When they are Hungry and we want to make something fresh, we give them salad to eat which can be cut and given immediately, until we make.

      Since children are active and growing - they have a great need for calories when they are Hungry. Since salads are low calories they are not the best option. Keeping lhealthy laddoos or muffins available will be better.
