    My hair is so much like yours. I never wear it free because of the frizz. But then I found your channel. I went out last night everyone said my hair looks gorgeous. They all loved the curls. Thank you so much I love you 💓

      Nimasha! This comment made me so so so happy.
      The thing about frizz is, I think it appears worse (to us) than it actually is. Cause we're so self critical!
      When I used to use curling tongs, I'm sure I had frizz back then as well. But i didn't feel as bad about it.🤔
      Embrace it all cause I'm sure your hair looked fabulous and deserved praise!!!!
      Sending you so much love!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

      I was chuckling reading your comment 😂😂😂😂.
      About sleeping with curls.... That's a tough one. If nothing else use a scrunchie, loop it once and use a satin pillowcase. Have a look at my night time routine.... See how I loop* my hair. It's super lose. Maybe give it a try once and then abandon it if it causes you migraines.
      I have horrible migraines but I've noticed that the moment I loop my scrunchie just once, there's no pulling and tugging on the roots at all.

      Abort cg during a flair up.
      You'll need a medicated shampoo like the selsun shampoo. Your derm will ask you to use it and wash your hair frequently. Might also prescribe a lotion if it's spread to your forehead and back.
      Abort oils and butters. Fungus feeds on these. No styling till the infection is gone.
      May I suggest getting a consultation on doc24X7

    Great video dear and I am a big fan of the scalp massager brush too!!! It feels very refreshing and satisfying when we massage our scalp with it!!
    Now, I have been facing this issue since quite a while. I always style my hair in the shower on dripping wet hair (otherwise, I would see a lot of wet frizz). But, after removing the plop (for just 5 mins), I would see lots of frizz on my hair, which doesn't tame down with just gel. I'll have to wet my hair all over again (till the point that water starts dripping) and apply gel so that the frizz is tamed down and my hair dries frizz free. But, this feels too much since water is all over my dress and it feels very irritating. Any solution for this problem?

    • @MichelleManuel
      @MichelleManuel  3 роки тому

      I need to think over this in order to give you some real advice.
      For now I want to ask: does your hair feel like seaweed when you style it?

    • @supriyakatta3078
      @supriyakatta3078 3 роки тому

      @@MichelleManuel sure Michelle! Take your time !! And yes, my hair feels like a seaweed when i style. I have high porosity hair and therefore, i DC on every wash day and this makes my hair soft enough that if feels like seaweed during the process of applying leave in itself !

    • @supriyakatta3078
      @supriyakatta3078 3 роки тому

      And just to give u some more inputss about my hair behaviour - as soon as we start scrunching, water oozes out right, - that gives me lots of wet frizz. So, i dont scrunch much. Being a 3B, 3C girl i don't find any problem if i scrunch less.
      Also, since i style on dripping wet hair, hardly cast forms on my hair. I would barely see any gel cast on my wash days. I dont know if this is a concern, but i just wanted to give some inputs.

    • @MichelleManuel
      @MichelleManuel  3 роки тому

      I know what you're facing. The thing is, the answer is simple. Style on damp hair. Use more gel (like much more). You're styling on sopping wet hair and therefore you're not getting a cast. And therefore you're getting frizz.
      But I have a feeling this isn't the answer you're looking for! (Am I right?)
      So I'd rather show you what I mean. Would you mind waiting a bit for my bowl method video to come out?

    • @supriyakatta3078
      @supriyakatta3078 3 роки тому

      @@MichelleManuel But, Michelle, I have tried styling on damp hair... It just doesn't work for me because, it gives me lots of frizz too.... Only when my hair is completely saturated with water, therez no frizz....
      And yes, not getting gel cast due to styling on soaking wet hair is not my concern if that is not the reason for frizz i witness after removing the plop.
      And yeah, i can wait for the bowl method video dear. If that can solve my problem, then definitely yes!!!

      Hahahaha! Such a fun comment Ayushi! I smiled like a goof ball reading this.
      Ok plum right... They're very light products. Will suit people who have a low need for moisture. May I suggest using a leave in conditioner that's a bit heavier?
      I think if you get a little more moisturization, it should help the frizz significantly.
      For me, I've noticed everytime I use something that too light for me, I get excess frizz.
      So either a heavier leave in + the curl up gel or use the log method with your current leave in conditioner. I think it might help.
      What's your curl type & porosity?

      I have low porosity hair... My front hair has 2c-3a curls while going to the back has 1c-2a hair which becomes flat on the second day.
      Yes plum products are very light . I do quite like them... I use curl up defining leave in and enliven green gel. So a little bit friz cuz of that.
      I am asking cuz I have that beginners curiosity to try new products and more curious ity to try the FML range. 😬😋
