The evidential requirements in Shari'ah to satisfy the harsh physical punishments are set very high, so hight that it oft is improbable to meet. For exmple, in order to legitimately sentence the aduleter(er/ess) to stoning there would have to have been 4 credible male witnesses (or equivalent 2 females to every one male) who's testimonies corroborated each others' word for word. Now you tell me who would knowingly commit adultery in full view of any witness - especially knowing the hudud punishment of stoning would be their fate? This demonstrates the Mercy of Allah and His Messenger (SAwAS). This is the beauty of Shia Islam - it applied ikhlag to fiq, balancing emotion and reason.

About seven women are killed by stoning per year in Iran.

@@samanthao5874 of which all evidential requirements are breached by the vile government of Iran, which counts as illegal *even by sharia standards), reprehensible, and blatant violation of human rights - there is very little that can be deemed Islamic about that government. Just because people malpractice, it doesnt make it a true representation.

@@samanthao5874 its interesting how a blanket statement like this is given highlighted status over the explanation of how Islam is grossly misapplied by these terrorists. Seemingly as if desperate to use any titbit in the crusade against Muslims, regardless of balancing arguments presented.

Tired of getting abused by near ones!! Surah an-Nur can help you.
    Surah an-Nur (The Light)
There are 64 ayaat in this Surah and it was revealed in Madinah. In the commentary of Burhan it is narrated from Imam Ja’far as-Sadiq (a.s.) that whoever constantly recites Surah an-Nur will never, in his lifetime, see any evil from his near ones and when he dies, seventy thousand angels will accompany his body up to the grave and will pray for his forgiveness.
The Holy Prophet (S) said that it is especially good for women to recite this Surah. He (S) also said that the reward for reciting this Surah is equal to ten times the number of mu’mineen and mu’minaat on the Earth. The sixth Imam (a.s.) said that keeping this Surah in one’s bed prevents wet dreams.

Salam, where can i hear the rest of the recitation ,the salam being sent on aba abdillah during the credits of masjid e ali in the beginning.who recited that, where can i hear more of that recitation?

its in the majalis reading dialogue that before any majlis you start with an introduction sending salams to the prophet pbuh and his holy household. Its not unified any reader can shake it up in their own way. But the purpose is to send the salams.

The saying of the best generation does not mean everyone, obviously. Sunni narrators say the prophet was shown a vision of some of the community being taken to the Hell realms for what they will do after his death. A`ishah is innocent of the acusations during her life according to Al Qoor'aan and the sayings of the Last Messenger. The people were forgiven for what they did before the battle. It wasn't a sanctification of all their actions to come.
The only prohibited fast days are the seven days of `Iyd. No one after the Last Exemplar Prophet has any right.
Even a tragedy does not take away the spiritual benefit of the days of the sacred year.
Striking the necks and drawing out with fire are not criminal punishments. They are only as needed against specific combatants in war.

+Jaefar SABNW Salamalaikum, that is what sayed ammar said about the fast that people like Sayyid Ali Sistani have only deemed it makruh.
But the more important thing is, that did the prophet actually fast on 10th of mohoram.
As the narrations go Mohammed s.a.w saw the jews fasting for mosa a.s and he said Muslims have more right on mosa a.s and started fasting as well.
See the problem with this is the jewish fast which is umm kapur for mosa a.s and 10th moharam coincided 28(or 29 i dont remember correctly) after hijra.
So just doing the math it doesnt fit.

I am against the death penalty.
Though the Quran speaks of the seriousness of adultery, if you were to ask how many Muslims if they have committed adultery, the answer would be much higher than you believe. Sexuality is very complex and dealing with extra-marital affairs as though they are capital offenses is archaic.
There is a hadith where a mother is going around looking for the child she has lost, her breasts dripping with milk. When she finds her child, she is so relieved and her heart is overflowing with obvious gratitude and love. Muhammad said, "Could that mother throw her child into hell? Allah loves us even more."
Yet there are Muslims parents who raise their children with threats of hellfire when they make mistakes reciting Quran or just behave like normal children.
The reason I'm against the death penalty is I believe God is like the mother in the hadith. We know God longs to forgive and that good deeds cover bad deeds, but we destroy that chance with the death penalty. I've seen many criminals repent, addicts go sober and marriages saved. But there is no saving grace or acts of mercy when death cuts life short.
The causes of adultery can be healed by therapy. Sometimes I look at a pair of geese who are mates. And I think they handle relationships better than we do.
Rather than kill someone for adultery, teach them how to love.
And its not just Muslims who could use lessons in love. The majority of Americans have affairs, but if people were in it for love, if they knew how to respect and listen and share and be patient and work through the hard times. If they made each other a priority, maybe Love could be the teacher. And the swords and stones could be forgotten.

+Goddess Isis That is exactly why the death penalty cannot be done without a imam.
Because imam are divinely guided and cannot make mistakes, but people like us can.
And even though they could have used the death penalty for people who committed crimes in their time they didnt, they instead asked them to repent.

They are Ahlul-bayt (as), the ones who keep us on the straight path and about whom the prophet (s) said:
"Looks like I have been called, and I answered (my time of death has come), indeed I have left the thaqalayn (two weighty things) among you, one of them is greater from the other, the book of Allah and my 'itra (family), my ahl al-bayt (household). So look after how you will behave with them after me, indeed they will never separate from each other until they enter my presence by the pool [in the paradise]."
      - Al-Nasa'i, al-Sunan al-kubra, hadith 8148
Leaving only one of them will bring us disaster. And that's what happened directly after the prophet's (s) death.
