  • You don't have to pay big bucks to get a yoke, log, sled, farmers walk apperatus etc. Find a welder and a scrap yard and make your own.

I could weld all of that at my shop. Your equipment looks great. Looks like I'm headed to the scrap yard!

Pure genius my friend. I’m interested in putting together a Push/pull training sled. What changes/ upgrades would you recommend. I would be adding a set of vertical bars on both sides of the sled for pushing motion.

Dang man. You should look into buying an old stick welder (looks likenthat's what your guy used). You can get them for about 200 bucks or less and they are actually pretty easy to use, just watch some tutorial videos and practice. Welds won't be pretty but will be plenty strong

5 people are really weak, and/or have no imagination whatsoever!
Nice job sir! I love all my oddball/underground/hobo training gear! Fortunately for me I can fabricate all my own stuff, and can get scrap from work. Makes the cost next to nothing for my gear. :D

Hey there, have you considered "Musclegion" (do a Google search for it)? On their website you can watch a great free video explaining the right way to develop notable muscle easily. This made it easier for Ryan overcome his bodybuilding plateau and thus grow chiseled lean muscle mass free of fat very quickly. I hope it will help you also...

Metal is a re-usable material, it's only natural to pay for it if you're getting it from a private owner.

Scrap yards are privately owned businesses, why would they give it away?
