As a person who only does manual because I have no clue how to bot, I make a decent amount of profit just from getting Twitter notifications. I'm also not in any cook group so I have no extra expenses at all. I was able to grow a little bit locally so it's easier for me to make the profit I do because a lot of people hit me up asking for expensive pairs and I talk them into used pairs that I can clean up. I've made $50+ profit on every used pair I've sold. Not to mention people in my area don't really like to spend anything over $200 in my area so Jordan 1 lows and dunks are good sales for me especially since I can get lows and mids at a discount.

Your profit margins (profit/sales) from not botting is way higher than from botting sales. I.e. your ROI is better because expenses is so much less. Great video!

I totally understand treating server costs as sunk costs. But having a server close to the site’s server is a tremendous advantage for copping manually.

Honestly we do pretty good grabbing sneakers for retail to flip manually I’ve got over 600 sales from hitting just retail

So you spent Damn near 80k to make 10k
I would just buy high end shoes Travis Scott’s or what ever high end shoe for flips than wit that type of capital.
You could make 10k doin Amazon or Walmart FBA with a lot less money spent to make 10k.
You could of spent 4K or less to make that 10k
Sounds like your spending way to much for lil gains.
Make a rule for your self like 50 dollars a profit plus per shoe and cut some expenses.
11k in extra expenses is crazy a fuck!
Everything sold should be put on the buyers to cut expenses.
You need a financial adviser and cut some expenses your math makes botting seem non profitable when it really is cause if it wasn’t you wouldn’t be doin it your self.
