They made a comment like this is the first time Jeep has jumped in a large SUV. I don't feel that way, the wagoneer isn't a new product, they brought it back. 😕 beside that comment, great video, will continue to watch
A 10,000 lbs trailer could have a 15 % tongue weight. That’s 1,500 Ibs and you are over the payload even without anyone in the cab. I wouldn’t tow any thing over 5,000 lbs. 1,450 payload is nothing and saying it has 3 rows of seating, you can’t tow big and have passengers. Be cautious about your warranty and insurance. You are playing with fire. Sure it will tow it but it’s going to be illegal very quickly. If you want to know the truth, weight the tongue weight of your fully loaded, ready to go trailer. Then add in cargo and passengers, you’ll be horribly surprised. Don’t believe anything you are told.
Love the interior but the exterior is something wonky. The side profile just doesn’t look right. Either way this is another great ride in the competitive large SUV class.
Did you guys have a brake controller when you tested this out? Did your trailers have brakes? I heard our wagoneers dont require a brake controller because they cam automatically work with the trailer brakes but just cant adjust them.
I have a 2022 jeep Wagoneer. I tow my travel trailer with it. The Jeep has an air suspension. When I go to unhook the trailer from the Jeep, the back end of the Jeep keeps raising and makes it almost impossible to get the trailer off the ball. Any suggestions?
i here you auto writers rave about air suspension i worry about the cold climate we have here in canada the winter time and the failure of the air suspension.and the cost of repair when it does fail.id rather do with out.
I hear that a lot. Fact is the system has an air dryer to remove moisture. Should be fine. Just remember every 18-wheeler has air suspension and it been that way for close to a 75 years.
@@TruckKing I had a work truck with rear air bags.air brakes on semis have a air dryer.if that freezes I believe you can put some fluid in the system to unfreeze it can't remember what it's called.

It’s been to the dealership and is at the dealership as we speak, for safety feature not working, heated seat not working, a knock from the driver side front. And the front bumper being off on one side. The passenger door and hood also not aligned. Media player wouldn’t continue playing after I ended a call. 1450 pounds of payload. Just enough for your average American family of five in 2022.
That number is pretty standard for big luxury loaded SUVs. But yes not a lot for a big family towing/hauling

Truck Kings, The chart at 7:25 is quite a surprise with the Sequoia nearly 4 seconds quicker in the towing race to 60. 🤔
That extra ~180lb-ft sure seems to help (at much lower rpm, but also the 10 speed may also a bit more aggressively geared too over the ZF8).
If it had the hurricane I6, I'd bet we would see a difference

Air suspension is a nice feature for towing squat. Wish I had that on my expedition.

You guys somehow left out major details regarding the tow ratings. 10k is only available with the hd tow package.

did you get the max tow ? it has a 3.92 ratio , standard ratio is 3.23 so your towing will be less
Hurricane is 3.55///// 3.55: 6k lbs /////3.92 with max tow p : 10k lbs. These guys broke the rules.
