  • When you find there are issues in your ASUS networking product, please check the ASUS online support system first. If no relevant solution is found there, please call 0800 support line, who will be able to lead you step by step to figure out the source of the problem.
    If ASUS service agency confirms that your item is faulty and also under warranty, they will give you a case number for warranty claim. With this case number, receipt and your item, please go to the store where you purchased the ASUS products. They will help you to process the warranty procedure.
