I think what I like most about the main theme to the first Luigi's Mansion (otherwise referred to as Dark Hallways) is that, even though the original song is a spooky song meant for a spooky game, the melody itself is actually quite versatile; we've seen this theme used in different contexts and in different styles, most notably Super Smash Bros. I think that's the mark of a strong melody, that you can recognize it no matter what.

Luigi's Mansion is one of my favorite games and listening to this put a huge smile on my face. I never got to play the original on the game cube I was too young to be apart of the early 2000s generation of video game consoles but when I played it on the 3DS it instantly became one of my favorite games. Besides that great job :)
