You have inspired me to prep for the week ahead! It really makes my life easier and I make incredibly better food choices when fruits and veggies are already cleaned and prepared. I have been focusing on planning dinners but now I feel ready to add prepping lunches and a few breakfast items. I can honestly say that I am enjoying cooking again. Thank you for sharing all your great ideas. You are such a blessing!
If you ever wanna increase your leafy greens intake buy some spinach and kale. Then clean them and finely chop them. Add generously to any recipe you want. Once they cook especially the spinach they shrink in size even more. It looks like you just used something like parsley in the dish. It doesn’t change the flavor either in my experience. It adds so many nutrients to the diet.
Haha I loved watching this! I chop my fruit roughly like that too and I got a comment on my meal prep vid that the way I cut my fruit is extremely wasteful 🤦♀️ trying to put out videos to inspire people etc...can’t win with some people no matter what I do 😅
I bet most of the pieces that you’d normally throw away could make some awesome fruit infused water. Even the pineapple pieces can be made smaller. Edit: like the pineapple skins, pineapple core, strawberry tops, the watermelon rinds, etc. i

I lost my step with the meal prepping game, since having a hard time getting some foods since all the craziness in the world. It getting better at the local Walmart in Missouri.
I watch you and just can’t believe how much you do. Amazing! After a work day I’m so exhausted and have to force myself to cook. Granted my job is demanding and stressful, but they all seem that way. Where do you get the energy???
Hope you’re still doing well. I know you’re still weak but give it time. I had abdominal surgery in 2018 and it went horribly wrong and ended up spending way too much time in the hospital (which I work for in radiology) and had 2 blood transfusions that I remember. Oh, and I always forget about the code that was called on me which wasn’t necessary. Anyway, I had never dealt with anything like that and my surgeon assured me it would take a minimum of 8 months to get my blood supply and hemoglobin level to “normal”. Luckily, I ain’t never been normal!!! But it was a tough couple of months to get my energy level back up. So take time each day to rest a few minutes more, please. We know you’re Superwoman! We just want you to be around and healthy above all else!
Nice to see you back in action! Hope you are feeling better. Drinking a glass of pineapple juice or pomegranate juice daily helps increase hemoglobin. Stay safe!

We still have no idea what is going to happen with our school. I return to school in less than 2 weeks for teacher workdays so I need to return to my meal prep game. FYI: I checked your link and it went to a different container. I typed in chip and dip container on amazon. With a little search, I was able to find the container with a separate lid for the dip.
I need to make chicken salad now! Looks so good! You did so much jen! I am motivated to do some prep now! After we get back from our little beach Vacation. 🤗🏖💖 I did prep leading up to the trip. Bringing foods with us. Its been great!😊

Have u tried doing the chicken parm in the air fryer?? I do it all the time. Works well and no hot oil to dispense with. In 1981, in my first apartment, I used to make pita chips with old pita bread, olive oil and Italian seasoning, when I was going to have a party. I couldn’t afford to buy chips so this was my way of making them. I was so angry when they started selling them in supermarkets. Someone stole my idea!

I make the Parmesan in my air fryer 8-10 mins flip and then 8-10 mins then you can set your air fryer to keep warm. I have the cosori af

If you have a Pampered Chef or Tupperware Citrus peeler they are great for loosening the muffins and do not scratch the pans
