Viral Parikh- Brexit Party Candidate for Sunderland Central

For this 2019 General Election, Leading Edge has taken a particular interest in the Brexit Party candidates standing in constituencies who traditionally vote Labour AND voted to Leave the EU in the 2016 referendum.
Many voters have stated how they have lost trust in politics and feel many are simply career politicians who do not represent them.
In this series of twelve interviews, we wanted to get to know those experienced professionals, why they feel they are better placed to represent their communities, why they joined the Brexit Party and what "changing politics for good" meant to them
