I’m going with Mexico Bariatric Center. I did go through the Kaiser program but they kept playing with me after doing every thing they asked me to. So when my church sister told me she was going to go to MBC and I looked it up and seen it was US found and hold the standards of how they are held in the US I inquired and Rena who I am working with is so helpful and I got approved right away and no games. I can’t wait. I’m doing mine with Dr. Valenzuela.
We are so glad you are with the MBC family now! You are in great hands, Rena is an amazing coordinator and Dr. Valenzuela is one of our best surgeons! 🥰

My question would be what do you do for long term post op care like checking up on the progress of the surgery and making sure nothings infected or going wrong

I would love to hear why you switched from sleeve to bypass. I also was sleeved at a different center in Mexico and I didn’t loose very much. I’m having the mini bypass this time at Mexico bariatrics this time and I’m hoping for better results.

My husband and I both had surgery at Mexico Bariatric and it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.
Congrats on your successful weight loss journey!

Thank you for the video. How are you doing? How much have you lost? Did you have to have surgery to remove loose skin? Thank you.
Hi Lucy, she is doing great! No updates on her getting skin removal though
Just curious was your revision to the mini bypass or regular bypass? I'm planning to go for revision in September

Thank you. Quite informative! How long from start to finish until your day of surgery to the day you left?
I am planning on having surgery in Mexico, but do I need a passport 🤔
A passport is the best option but you can use a driver's license and an original copy of your birth certificate to travel across the border.

What is a Mini Bypass? I was sleeved but I didn’t loose what I wanted to loose.
