On April 8, 2024, I was able to travel to Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to view the North America Eclipse from beginning to end. This video is a timelapse summary of the eclipse from end to end, including a few key call outs from totality, including a few captures of the "Diamond Ring", a capture of "Baily's Beads", and totality itself.
This was my first ever attempt to image an eclipse, and I couldn't be happier with what I was able to get.
We had 3:45 total time of totality at our location, and the entire event lasted about 2 and a half hours from end to end.
I hope to add some other videos about my data capture, processing, and the general experience, so keep an eye out for those!
I am a member of the Memphis Astronomical Society and the Astrophotography Group (MAS.FITS) and really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and expertise to everyone that came to the Walnut Ridge City Park. It was an amazing experience with some great people.

Wow, how was PHD2 able to track? I'm not sure I'm aware of a feature like that. And this is spectacular BTW 🙌

Leo Shatz has a beta version of PHD2 that does solar and planetary tracking. An amazing mod, hopefully it gets integrated into the main app. This Facebook group currently has the discussion and details: facebook.com/groups/1320781201963513/?ref=share
