Joe Vitale, great drums, piano, flute and voice. Then that aggressive Walsh guitar, fantastic Great album. Bought it aged 15 in Manchester, UK. Playing it now aged 61.
Joe Vitale is an underrated talent. Went out and bought “Roller coaster weekend “ when it first came out back in the day. I still have the original vinyl. His influence is all over Smoker / Player.
I saw this live at the Masonic Temple in Detroit, the drummer Joe Vitale played the flute and it was a great concert maybe the best concert I ever saw !
