Myoko House - Check In/Out

Trying to do a 'Addaction Chy' style check in with myself, plus my thoughts and a ramble on my last day in Myoko. I takes me a while to get to what is really spinning around in my head but I get there.

I've been in hospital 3 times in 2014 due to excessive Alcohol abuse that has led to acute pancreatitis. This has been building up over the 18 years of my drinking life that now finds me aged 38 and in recovery.
