As much as I agree, I disagree. I love the concept of the anime, I love how they fight and I love the story. However! The way it is animated; having the characters talk 5 minutes before fighting and during a fight they stand still, talking or doing nothing. I would keep on watching Naruto if they would just make the fights more interesting.

The reason some people like Naruto so much is because we can relate to him in our childhood years. Being shunned, an outcast if you will is more common in schools than a lot of people realize.
ok so i just saw rock lee and sakura w/ the vests.... i havent finished the naruto ( on ep 59 i think) and i am going to assume that the reason naruto doesnt have the vest is because he was disqualified for using the summoning jutsu. cause we all know if sakura made it there is NO way naruto didnt.
what vests? are you talking about the chonnin/jonnin ones? well, not sure if you are talking about that. but naruto is still "gennin", the lowest rank. not sure if I should tell you why, but he is
I feel as if a war is a great way to rap things up in the anime. The entire story always involved the akatsuki, Naruto being the 9-tails, and even mentioned the deaths of other individuals during other wars. This war basically brought wrapped that all up, with the edo tensei, naruto taming the 9-tails, even the fact that Tobi/Obito basically started this war while he was with the akatsuki.
As bad as the whole war arc got to be, I have to say it was still all very exciting to see so many beloved characters come back and just to see a full out war happen like that. I guess it was just a bit too much for the writer to handle and make everything turn out perfect in the end.

@GamesForTheWIN: Any series that isn't produced continuously throughout the year, but instead has at least one major break, is made in seasons. It's not just something in American TV. Anime episodes are just numbered as one big lump, with seasons ignored completely, though.

Haha, so true. Ninjas should be less... Destructive? I love when they fight Kunai vs Kunia or just weapon-less or anything in that matter but when Susano's and Super-Ultra Almighty Pushes exists I think it's way too overkill, not to speak about Killer Bee being able to gain the size and form of his Tailed Beast. Also, I usually skip the fillers. I skipped the one with 3-tails or 7-tails. (Dunno which one) as well as the POWER filler. Sometimes they're good, sometimes their just so horrible. :'(
