Some of the research suggests TB-500 be administered every other day or every 3rd day but I didn't discover that information until much later. Either way, I have zero issues now. I hope you reply to this Ryan. You said something that might help me. A couple of years ago I had a shoulder issue. It ended up being nerve related with pinching in my neck. I’ve lost muscle mass on that shoulder plus some strength. I’ve worked my ass off to get it back but I’m along way yet. What peptides did you take that helped your similar issue. Thanks!

    • @francischaviano7402
      @francischaviano7402 Рік тому

Hi Bob, thought I can help with this.
I had the exact same issue. I recently had cervical surgery of my C4 and C5.
I had a severe pinched nerve and of course it does not heal immediately after surgery, it takes time.
Much like you I had big time front shoulder pain and had lost almost all strength on right side.
Could not even do a push up
Doctor recommended stack of BP 157 with TB500, I did it during recovery alongside Sermorelin to increase Testosterone more naturally.
Like Ryan said in video, pay a bit extra and go through a reputable doctor, any HGH or male enhancement clinic will offer these correctly.
4 months after surgery my healing is almost complete, I am almost back to full workout mode.
One more thing, I am 55 years old and do not know your age.
If you are over 40 during recovery I would recommend working more with Resistance bands than free weights, at least during recovery.
For me they are easier on my joints and with the right set of bands and right exercises you can really kick your own #$@.
Look up Undersun Bands plus owner has a ton of videos on You Tube. for free.
I even purchased from Ryan Humiston a great PPL program that I am able to do with resistance bands and TRX.
      Have had great results.
Good luck Bob and I hope this helps.

Hi Ryan, I hope all is well!
I watched your "Game Changer" vid yesterday and had to reach out when you started speaking on your injury.
4 years ago, I jacked up my neck in a very similar way as you and have had virtually the exact same injuries/side effects as you... to this day. I have bulges from C4 to C7, pinched nerves at C6 & C7, and unknown thoracic injuries (no imaging taken).
My symptoms are no left tricep (long head) engagement, no lower-left lat engagement, weakness in my left pec & muscles surrounding my left ulnar nerve.
I've sought help from several specialists over the years and absolutely no one has helped... most of them didn't take me or the injury seriously. I know you're not a doctor, but I've never heard of anyone else with similar issues . . . You sparked a hope in me that I can possibly end this 4-year-old injury.
I would love to learn more about what your road to recovery looked like and how exactly peptides helped.
Thank you for your time in reading this!
    Most Respectfully,
    James I.

So my question at age 67. Trained most of my life. And subscribed and purchased two of your programs. Used my preferred trainer to train me per your schedule focusing on form. Was great. But absolutely brutal on my recovery times. 6 days a week and pretty strict diet. But regardless of me thinking the program should be no issue...(I was very wrong) I hit it hard and literally was hammered for hours afterward.
Went for full blood test to see where my testerone was at 67. First test my T was at 300. Felt fine otherwise BUT intense workouts just hammered me. My Dr. gave me book he had and recommended pellet growth hormone replacement to boost mine as I am very active physically and train steadily. He said he could implant in my a.. or stomach 10 pellets. Was supposedly better than gel or shots. Ran my tests and said your Testerone is at 300. I want to bump you up to a 1000 like me. He said he was in his 40s and did it. But here I am a little larthagic at 67 at a for me a lean 205 lbs at 6'-1 in height. But at 300 Test. My PSA was at 3.00.
That was a year ago. So I noticed now its more and more difficult to build the lean muscle mass I desire as I age regardless of training. So I bought your Garage session. Contacted my trainer and said get ready I want you to push me and train via this Garage session but first let me get my blood levels tested.
(As I never started any hormone or any medical regiments. Just take an assortment of supplements over the last 40 years plus foods with specific testerone boosting properties.
But last time he ran my blood at 3 pm. I read enough that that was not an optimal time. So this time 3 weeks ago I requested we run my blood at 8am. He did. Results this time:
PSA had reduced from 3.00 a year ago to 2.65. An improvement.
Testerone however had dropped to 269 from 300 last year. And even 300 seemed low.
But this time he said my PSA needed to be 2.50 or lower before he would implant growth hormone pellets or prescribe a gell or patch. He continued to push saying I can get you up to a 1000 to 1200 no problem. And you will feel fantastic and build serious mass and have endless energy.
But what I ended up finding out on my own is growth hormone replacement will affect your PSA. It will increase it. So now I feel at 67 my 2.65 PSA is excellen for that age.
But the testerone is down at 269. And I seek to train harder hence the garage session and more.
So Ryan any ideas? Actually considering another choice of Doctors as a year ago he looked pretty healthy but he is a triathalon runner and trainer. Not so much weights. But now a year later he didn't look well at all though a year ago he raved about how great he was. Now he looked like a walking skeleton with no muscle mass.
So what I seek is a plan to have the energy and recovery to take on sessions such as yours and recover in a decent amount of time..I seek not 1000 or 1200 but a testesterone level of 500 to say 750 max. But I seek to keep and to continue lowering my PSA even lower from its recent 2.65.
So what's your thoughts on pellet versus gel versus patch? Or should I continue to attempt what I have been doing naturally with supplements and foods that support testesterone production.
And what I am doing now which is going back to lower reps heavier weights and resistance training before I take on the Ryan Garage session?
For now I am questioning my Dr.s

    • @blakesteffen6570
      @blakesteffen6570 11 місяців тому +3

Ask your Dr about Clomid+HCG instead of TRT and see how you feel. They stimulate natural production of T and can bump you up a few hundred points depending how you respond to it. You should pay attention to how you're feeling, rather than a high number like 1000. 800 might be perfect for you, or 1200 might be perfect. You have to dial it in by doing bloodwork also. Just my non professional 2 cents

BPC-157 works locally, within a small radius from the puncture site. TB-500 works globally throughout the body, so it doesn't matter where it is injected. There are no studies on this, but the logic of cellular biology indicates that the more regenerative processes are stimulated, the greater the likelihood that something will go wrong with cell division. Simply put - a higher risk of cancer with regular use as a support for post-workout recovery. I would only use it for more serious injuries. Some time ago I did a lot of research on this subject, because I am a physiotherapist and I have disabled people in my family. Unfortunately, these are very expensive things in my country and I couldn't afford them.

BPC 157 enters the bloodstream similar to most peptides, and is effective far beyond the injection site. In fact the primary benefit of BPC is enhanced bile production and the associated health benefits in digestive tract. Furthermore, this peptide does not increase cell turnover, which is not necessarily a prerequisite of cellular repair, and so it does not increase risks for mutation or cancer in the way you are describing. I would be curious to see where you received your information.

Awesome content! As someone who grew up in a dysfunctional 80's single-parent household (mother - alcoholic, addict, and supreme narcissist), I 100% appreciate the humor and candor! I tell my wife all the time I say shit that other people think. . .as you've mentioned before.
The other reason for my comment is to ask how you healed up from the disc issues? What else besides the peptide stack did you do?
I've got pretty severe spinal stenosis and compressed discs and nerves. I recently obtained an injury in my thoracic region (awaiting latest MRI) which it's causing severe nerve pain in my upper right serratus anterior. It's always there, but worse when I try to flex out deeper/further in chest exercises. It fucking burns worse than dealing with the aftermath of mexican food cheat night and a half a bottle of cholula. . . Anyways, I'm trying TB-500 and BPC-157, along with PT etc. Any other suggestions, shoot em my way.

had severe problems with eating and sleeping. Also most of the time i had a sharp pain in my left delt during training. took MK677 for 8 weeks and the pain went away, was really strong, sleep has improved extremely and became hungry every 3 hours. Amaizing stuff!
    Also, for the people that want to take it for muscle building properties;
    - I became stronger
    - gained about 7kgs
    - lost about 2kgs after quitting
    - gained muscle but lost fat (due to clean bulking, didnt want to get diabetes)
    - Got some gyno by week 3 but increased my B6(p5p) dosage and B12 to get rid of it.
    - Got really horny by week 4 (i honestly dont know why because it doesnt affect testosterone at all, my guess is sleep quality and eating freq has increased my test.
    - Felt overall really good and gained a ego.
    - From week 2 till 8 i had some lethargy during the day.

My Lab Rat ruptured his Achilles. Surgery was three weeks ago. First three days of wolverine stack, pain is gone. Surgical wound healing accelerated-though most of that part of healing was already done. Edema in foot and ankle reduced. Obviously, healing and rehabilitating one of the largest tendons in the body is still gonna take time, but the pain relief, alone, has been a god-send. . . for. . . for the rat.
Now. Fringe effects that lab rat was unaware of. Reset his tolerance for his ADHD prescription-though, mentally, with just the stack, lab rat feels way clearer with or without meds. Calmer and more at ease. Improvements in injuries nowhere near pokey pokey site. As a gigging musician close to 30, the lab rat’s voice has sometimes struggled through a lack of vocal training and poor technique, however, on stack, the sing-box is healing, as well.
The main mechanism of both peptides, as I understood it from my reading-so as to assess risks to Labby-is the stimulation of angiogenesis near sites of inflammation and damage-new veins, capillaries, arteries-but not at random. The new tissues bypass pathological anastomoses and other abnormalities. Can’t be certain, but I’m pretty sure that process can be felt. . . Everywhere on Labby that has some nagging injury aches at night, like the growing pains from back when lab rat still had hope in his eyes, and life was a mysterious adventure.
Anywho. That’s all just three days in to a one month protocol. Remind me, in thirty days, and I’ll give an updated account of Lab Rat’s recovery.

@@GonAway7 HRT clinic’s are good place to get started. I’m sure the one Ryan decided to collaborate with is a good and reputable source. I think $500 sounds standard for initial consult and blood panels.
I know a lot of people who have taken peptides and achieve great results especially with the Wolverine stack. I personally have never used them but are interested in trying them.
