- This lecture is about "Mass and Weight" and the difference between mass and weight.
Q: What is Mass?
Ans: In Physics, mass is defined as the amount of matter present in a body. Mass measures that how much matter is present in a body.
For example, If there are two cups of sugar with different amount of masses. Let the mass of one cup is 2Kg and the mass of another cup is 4Kg. Here, the mass of 4Kg is greater than the mass of the 2Kg cup, because the amount of sugar or the amount of matter in 4Kg cup is greater than the amount of sugar or the amount of matter in 2Kg cup.
Q: What is Weight?
Ans: Weight is a force between any object and the Earth. One can say that weight is the force of the Earth due to which objects fall or accelerates towards the Earth surface.
For example, If you raise an object above the earth surface and release it from a certain height, the object will accelerate with constant acceleration or acceleration due to gravity towrds the earth.

You break it down to make it so simple for anyone to understand. Thank you.
Thank you million times .( I was finding many vdos on utube "mass vs weight" for approx. 3-4 days) .Now I am happy 🙏 Thanks again
Welcome!!!!
Awesome video😉
Sir
You are the best teacher
And it is good to say you
Teacher of the century
See any food items backside they mentioned "weight" is 300grms...
They hav to mention 300N isn't
Yes Brother, it is not right according to Physics Conventions...
They shoukd mention that "mass is 300 grams".
😊😊😊
We have so much confusions before taking this concept that net weight 25kg it should be the net mass 25kg of the vody
Wonderful explanation
Bhai mujhs vishwas nhi ho rha ki tum India ke ho love u bro😘
Finally sir !!..All my doubts are cleared about the mass and weight
I saw almost 6 videos before it but my concept couldn't clear. Then I'll find it & believe me it's really amazing. Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much for such a best explanation.
Thank you so much for your love and support!!!
🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏
yes you're right and also me too.
difference between gravity and weight
Awesome 👍
Thanks dear ☺️☺️you solved my problems
Love you bro. Make more video like this and become succes
Because the more weight of heavy object so it can fall fast , the low weight so it fall slow
Thank you for ur clear explanations
Tku sir bhot hi achi trah ap ne samghaya mera bhot din se dout tha aj clear ho gya tku
Welcome bhai...
Koi b problem ho, toh pocha kar...
Yeh hamari jemedari hy...
You are teaching very well
Wow your explaining is interesting
Thanks bro for your teaching me this 💯 👌 🙏 🙌 ❤
Please kindly reply my question I'm a private teacher I teach science 1 up to ten but in class 4 one chapter is matter and its states there definition of matter is anything that has weight and takes up some space how this is right sir higher classes it is described as mass not weight like Anything that has mass and occupies some space.it is also described in ncert class 11first chapter .can I use weight instead of mass according to me this is not more suitable
You are amazing sir thank u for clearing my concept ☺️
i love this lecture
Thank you so much sir

@@NAJAMACADEMY The bulk density of what is the Moon is comparable to that of basaltic lava (on Earth).
First, consider what is THE EARTH/ground ON BALANCE. LOOK directly overhead at what is the TRANSLUCENT AND BLUE sky. Consider what is BALANCED BODILY/VISUAL EXPERIENCE. LOOK at what is the orange (AND setting) Sun ON BALANCE. (Think lava. Notice that lava is orange, AND it is even blood red.) Now, in what is DIRECT comparison, consider what is the fully illuminated (AND setting/WHITE) Moon. Great. It is the SAME SIZE as what is THE EYE ON BALANCE. Indeed, the Moon is CLEARLY AND NECESSARILY (ON BALANCE) about one quarter of the size of the Earth. Great. The curvature or shape of said Moon does match that of what is THE EARTH/ground (given a clear horizon, that is). Excellent. Said Moon is then also predictably demonstrated or proven to be basically “dead” or invariant (AND basically a lava/land form) on balance. (That's a match.) Finally, on balance, consider that what is the Moon is ALSO BLUE !!
The dimensions of SPACE are ALL CLEARLY balanced, AS E=mc2 is taken directly from F=ma. Accordingly, ON BALANCE, the rotation of WHAT IS THE MOON matches it's revolution !! TIME is NECESSARILY possible/potential AND actual ON/IN BALANCE. ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is CLEARLY (AND NECESSARILY) proven to be gravity (ON/IN BALANCE). GREAT !!!!

sir, mass is the amount of energy present in a particle in an object?
Thanks sir❤
Great
Thnks bro you are best teacher
Thank you ❤
Bro nice teaching in english super it is clear
Cool video! I will wait for English version
@Preston Townson I don’t think you get the joke
@@mpql8995 hhhhh, lol but it is still a bad joke
They can't get jokes beause they are very serious
Thanks sir
Thanks

Light and heavy objects fall equally at the same rate in a vacuum.
Weight is gravitational force between earth and object
Brother...
Different physicists have different definition about weight and gravitational force...
To simplify things for you...
Remember that gravitational force is between two objects. For example, you exert gravitational force on the earth, according to Newton's Universal law. At the same time, the earth exerts gravitational force on you.
But then why the earth doesn't accelerate towards you? Why you accelerate towards the earth?
Well, the simple answer is that the mass of the earth is larg than you. So you accelerate towards the earth.
Thus, this special force by which you accelerates towards the earth is known as weight.
What is weight ?? Please plzzzzzzzz sirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Brother please answer me
Super video
Why the heavy objects fall fast than light object
Ans , Because the heavy object weight is more than that of the lighter object therefore heavy object fall fast as compared to the light object
false
Thank ❤❤❤
No , light and heavy objects fall at same rate
Sir , what is wieght
Yes, brother...
Light and heavy objects fall at same rate or speed IF there is no air resistance or air friction or aerodynamic forces or drag forces...
In case of air resistance, heavy objects fall fast than light objects...
Hope you understood it...
Thanks...
Weight is the downward force between object and the Earth...
For example, when you raise an object above the Earth surface and than you release it, where does the object go???
Well, the object goes down...
Why???
Because the weight or force push it down...
@@FahadKhan-uq5nx u can take leaf and iron ball as example . will leaf/paper fall faster or iron ball fall faster?
ofc it is iron ball.
@@NAJAMACADEMY I'm not a physicist, but even I know something was weird about that part:

What is phase in physics for class 9
Phase specifies the location of a point within a wave cycle of a repetitive waveform.
Anyway, I will make a separate video on the Topic....
@@NAJAMACADEMY thanks sir

What is longitudinal wave
Super 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wow.....
Wow
What is longitudinal wave
Fahad bhai,
Longitudinal waves are mechanical waves which are formed by successive rarefaction and compression...
For example, when you strech or compress a spring in a straight way, the up and down or back and forth motion of the spring forms longitudinal waves.
@@NAJAMACADEMY please tell me ones again
Ok my question is
If I am in space and my weight is 200N then my weight is also be same much only on earth also😊
No
Thank you for the trick.
You put ads in a video that did not make sense :/
thk it helos me alot🎉🎉❤
thk it helps me alot
Love You
Why it is described in sacks that net weight is 25kg this is wrong according to this concept of physics but why it is described in the sacks of salts also people say that my weight is 60or 70kg but I didn't understand that before why all commit these types of blunders.
I'm the one who is Watching it in bs 😂😂😂😂
Weight is a force = weight is a froce
Hehehe that lady😂😂🤣🤣
Please write down the text you read. Because your pronunciation is hard to understand.
My all doubt are clear by this video
Thank you a lot 👋
Thank you, it's very straight forward I like it!
Am i right
g = 9.8m/s2, calculate it with 9.8 not 10, it'll give wrong answer😑
Thank you sir😊
