As a current 2g gsx owner I'm absolutely stoked you guys are doing an eclipse build, its something I've been hoping since I started watching you guys. That being said I cant say I'm not disappointed you're pretty much doing the same body kit, colors, and graphics from The Fast and The Furious. Even with a more modern take that build has been done to death

@@maxboost4250 while that is definitely true, they do some spicy work, as did the artist doing the rendering. I was just hoping to not see another lime green eclipse build with the same or similar blitz style body kit
When the eclipse and TJ's mustang and Dustin's evo are all done it be sick to see some max boost art done of them all together.

I had an Eagle Talon TSI back in the day. Absolutely love that you guys are breathing new life into a JDM legend. I'm in no position to rebirth cars like you guys do, but I'm glad we get to watch these journeys. Keep it up fellas!

I have a 98 gst, all white with tan leather interior. Mine is 22 years old, 355 hp, dynoed and tuned by DBW Motorsports, lowered with Tein coilovers, no tint, on v3 ECMlink, baer brakes in the front, new pistons, rings, tial waste gate and BOV, ACT clutch and flywheel, 3052 FP turbo, and a few more things that makes it fun to drive. Man, this is nice what you guys are doing to bring focus back to an original sought after car. I would not mind having a drawing like that, lol, that gentleman has skills. I will follow this build. New fam here for your community.
Definitely brings back great memories for me being a kid and reading my magazines learning and loving the best comic ever max boost!!! Where my Falken love started as a kid and Mickey was a huge inspiration for me with his builds. The 240 vert was one of my favorites!! Dennis was also one of my inspirations on changing my style of drawing. Thank you for the memories and always inspiring me. Time for me to make a comeback build or if the eclipse turns into a giveaway it’s on lol

just bought my first 95 eclipse gs today. was my first dream car as a kid and never thought i would own one.
GS is the non-tutbo version with the 420a motor. You should have spent a little more and got a gst or gsx. Totally different beast cause of the 4g63 motor.
Dan got it for almost nothing, and i dont care what motor is in it, as i plan on swapping it anyways when it goes out
Dennis really killed it on that drawing and all after his computer was giving him trouble where he started looking for a new one with allot more power and better graphics.

Nice to see you guys building one of these. Kind of a bummer to repaint a good condition Cayenne red pearl car. Plenty out there with faded crap paint but I understand wanting a clean canvas.
Also: that looks like stock ride height. It’s not lifted. They look like monster trucks with OE suspension.

This car is pure nostalgia for me, the first car I ever bought was a shitty 98 Eclipse same color, same shitty tan interior, but I didn't have a gsx, and I had the auto trans. But I LOVED it because of Fast and the Furious

I love the work you are doing on the Eclipse. I had one while I was in the Marine Corps sold it to another Marine on payments and he never paid me and I ended up losing the Eclipse due to it got tow and sold at an auction. Still makes me mad to this day I love that car and had great plans for it. Keep up the great work love watching your channel.

I'm just building my 2gb eclipse GST spyder right now, before heading on to my last 2g GSX resurrection. Looking forward to your guys next video on the eclipse, its a shame you gotta paint it tho that colors my favorite dsm color.
