its a padang restaurant, they usually offers you many plates of different dishes on the table and you pick what you want.
you are supposed to pour the soup on the rice and eat it. the sausage looking food is probably beef intestines. next time you are at a padang restaurant ask for rendang.
safe travel and good luck, also since you are entering big city always look out for the police because you dont have a motorcycle license.
