PFR Pretty Fun Red
It's one of my favorite Korean dishes but it's hard to find near me so I get this! It's not the best compared to what I've had but it's pretty good!
it definitely does the job! and it's pretty easy to make :)
I have a feeling this channel is gonna 💫blow up💫
❤️🫶
FR :)
Their tteokbokki is so good. And so cheap. I love it.
You serious? ._0
Not sure if you've tried TJ's bao buns, but they're surprisingly good.
ooo i've never tried but i need to check it out!

I second this. Their cha su bao are very close to those I grew up with in NYC Chinatown. Sadly, I am no longer near any TJ's .
I love tteobokki so much and you just made me crave it so bad 😫 throw a little cheese on top with some fresh green onion 😍 so delicious!
yESSS those extra add ons sound delicious 🥹
Jesus loves you and is coming back soon!❤
I didn't like their kimchi tofu stew, but their tteokbokki, japchae, and hotteok are pretty solid.
yeah it's not bad!
I’ve had their tteboki a couple of times and it’s super sweet for me not enough spice. So, I mix it with buldak noodles packet and omg it gives me the spice and you have a full meal with a side of kimchi!
that's such a good idea, love it!! ☺️
same here, it was way too sweet for me
when I make this I always mix the sauce with one I make myself with and it makes it soooo much better and I'm on the same page with the weird spice flavor
I use half the sauce and the other half with heavy cream for rose tteokbokki. Less spicy and less sweet 🙌🏼
oooo that sounds delicious! 😮💨
It looks spicy, but I really want to try it bc I’ve never had it before. Not really into super spicy dishes, but I’ll manage just for the experience. Thanks for sharing! Can’t wait to buy it ☺️❤️
yessss let me know how you like it! ☺️
straight to trader joe's i go 🏃💨
yES 👏
I am in love with the tteokbokki from trader Joe’s 🤭
I found I too sweet do u have a technique to make it less sweet
I messed around and made a cheese rabokki with these and boy they hit the flavor right
omg that sounds deliSH
Dang..... My Aldi(Trader Joe's is American Aldi North, in the Country i'm from(Yes, Aldi is split between North and South where i'm from). I actually live in the Southern Area) doesn't have those during Asia Week.
Omg these are good! I put a little knorr in there
ooooo!! that sounds good
i make them with my buldak noodles and they’re so much better with buldak sauce 😋
I've been wanting to try tteokbokki for a while now, is it something like sweet n spicy or uh just spicy? I hate sweet n spicy things ☠️☠️
well i only tried the buldak ones with the buldak sauce and it didnt have a strong taste to me it was basucally just spicy and the texture was pretty chewy
it depends on the tteokbokki but it has a slight sweetness to it and is definitely spicy!
Yum!
☺️💛
Can you recommend any brand for tteokbokki you like?
My dream is to try "tteokbokki" ☺️
ooo YAS it's one of my favorite korean street foods ❤️
But for the price at traders joes you can get like a Costco style big bag of rice cakes in Hmart 😅
Is it just me or she looks like gaeul from I've
Foreign food from Trader Joe’s is the only thing my dad consumed lmao DX
Ur making me hungry
I already tried ttobki
I tried the tbokki and it was too sweet for me. It’s the only kind I’ve ever had though so maybe it’s supposed to be so sweet?
not really, it’s a bit hard to describe the taste but it should have a bit of sweetness and umami
Spicy? 😂 the Trader Joe’s one is so sweet
Would you eat it again? 🤔
I have always wanted to try korean food but alot of popular
Foods have lots of meat in
Them, and since im a vegetarian (hve been my whole life, for religious reasons) i was wondering if ttekboki has any meat in them? (It might be obvious, sincr i have no actual clue about korean foods) and if you can, can you recommend any korean foods that dont have any meat or meat oils please? Thank you😊
ooo that's a great question - tteokbokki usually has fish cakes and the broth is often made of dried anchovies too. if you're making korean food at home, there's lots of recipes you can make without meat and still tastes great :) like bibimbap, kimbap, soondubu, korean vegetable pancakes and so on!
Thank you so much!! This will be helpful!! And also another question-
I have always wanted to try kimichi, but i heard it has fish oil in it. Can you get it without fish oil/ any other animal products (if there is)? Thanks again😊
HAPPY NEW YEAR
happy new year! 🎉
So much Korean food that’s two things
im not korean and I give it 8.5/10
I made it how the instructions said too
i used to think trader joes was a resturant😃
The sauce tastes like pepper.
It was disgusting and impossible to eat….
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who thought this! I was convinced that I must have made it wrong-
It tasted like diluted tomato sauce to me, so I just ended up rinsing it off and making my own tteokbokki sauce-
I agreed! It tasted really bad. I don’t know how lots of people like it. The taste wasn’t close to the actual one. I usually say that I can eat everything, but this one is too bad to eat. I tasted the sauce and threw it away. The plain rice cake itself tasted better.
What is Traitor Joe’s?

Ur so pretty 🫶🏻
thank u 🥹❤️
The End
I thought I was the only one who didn’t care so much for the sauce lol 😭
haha the spice flavor is different than the kind i'm used to!
@@AvecAnes Yes! And it was on the sweeter side as well, which don’t get me wrong I love sweet and spicy tteokboki but this one.. just wasn’t it
I eat the Trader Joe’s tteokbokki 😭
🤧🤧🤧
Is it halal?
sassy ahh mhm😂
I had tried these and they were disgusting and the sauce tasted sweet!!
You insulted me
Noice 🤤🤤🤤
She’s lying my mom went there and she asked an employee and she said they don’t have it so stop the cap
I'm trying to figure out why rice cakes are shaped like noodles.
😏
The tofu kimchi soup isn’t good..
it's pretty interesting haha 😂
I had that teokbokti. I don't get the appeal. I don't like the rice cakes or the sauce. If I was starving to death I might eat it... But I might not.
I didn't like the tteokbokki, it was to sweet and not spicy enough for me.
yeah it has a slightly different flavor than the tteokbokki i'm used to
Free Palestine 🇵🇸 pls help our brothers and sisters in Palestine they really need help stop eating like that and talk about this subject
you want ppl to stop eating?
@@inosukehashibiraswife9725 nah but don’t share it
