It is actually one of the nastiest thing in an office environment.. to be accusing of somebody sleeping with somebody else.. or to create rumours.. such that.. the individual.. is losing their own dignity... AND position inside the organisation ? Now, THIS ... in the UK.. is now classified as "stalking".. cos most of the time.. you just don't do that at all ?.... This is now a jailable offence ! With the introduction of "social" media.... is also this kind of situation and monitoring too. Hello and goodbye is a very normal thing. Tea for the team is another good thing too. But when people say "wife duties".. they mean sex. They don't mean polite tea making !!! Chi sin meh !!! If you were really good, then you would repeat your actions to let your partner knows. Most partners are also for those close conversations to destress too.... If you want the company to be good.. normally, hang around with the same sex when in the office... sometimes. THAT is how most people deal with things. Women go for a walk... and men, also go for the gyms. Very simple. You have an actual "wing woman, or a wing man".... NORMAL people WOULD.
This is actually hacking? International hacking as well, cos those kind of items should have been checked, and verified by your own IT people as well.. and stopped... Cos this is absolutely crazy. Why would you actually hack people this way as well ?....
I don't think that is the "culture".... In many Western companies, you would have the "tea maker".. and not literally sleep with that person!!! Jesus !!!! Don't be ridiculous ! And the golden rule of..."you don't sleep and sh!t in the same spot as where you work" should still apply as well....This is why you would have a separate "outside the office" leisure.. OR hobby.. Most people would have a hobby, outside of work. And if you were a strong HR team.. you would ask this question during the interviewing stages too "do you have a hobby outside of the work place" ?.... i.e. Read between the lines...."are you going to ruin my corporation by bringing in personal issues into the workplace" ?..... It really is not that difficult to do. Even if somebody is "friendly"... they just are verbally talking... and offload....

「Work Wife/Husband」傳到香港會變成Chunky講咁係俾人twist左姐(照字面理解)。其實本身個Term係冇黃色成份❌ D人係攞泥形容一D人因工作關係長期同特定既同事有個好Close嘅Bonding(通常係partner/assistant多)，好多時你講一佢就二唔洗點解釋，個關係又好似平常夫妻咁對對方信任/誠實/默契Etc，所以先出現依個Term。
當然唔否認人因工作關係婚外情，但係Work wife/husband唔係咁用。
