    जैसा की नमूना भेजते समय संकलन सूची (packing list) का संलग्न करना आवश्यक रहता है। यदि ऐसे में हम वर्तमान में उस उत्पाद में व्यापार न करते हो। और हमने नमूना भी किसी निर्माता से लिया हो आयातक को देने के लिए। तो क्या ऐसे में हमने भी निर्माता से "नमूने के लिए मुफ्त" बिल से लेकर अपने स्टाॅक में जोड़कर फिर आगे अपने बिल से भेजना होगा? या इसे अपनी फर्म के लेन देन में जोड़ना आवश्यक नहीं है?

      Dear Sawan,
      It depends how have you gathered your samples to forward to the prospectiuve buyers. Are they billed? in case yes, then of course you need to maintain the books of accounts. If they are free samples, you can maintain stock of the same.
      Your Packing list and Invoice while sending the samples to the buyer need to have value mentioned. ( with a remark - sample only, not for sale )

    Do we require wholesale license for disposal export ?

      In India, one needs Import Export Code - IEC registration or a license from DGFT for exporting or importing any product, commodity or servcies.

      Thank you for your reply.. But I wanted to clear about wholesale drug license for surgical export because i am also from pharma background and punjab govt. is not issuing the drug license.. is that required or not ..?

      There are consultants who help you establish your firm with required registrations in a foreign country.

      A company is not required to set up, first your product should clear that country norms, they will test accordingly....for that you are born to all charges...then registration of that drug next steps are sales and marketing permissions......

      Dear Virendra, Local market se supplier milte hai aur aapni product ke manufacturer supplier hote hai.Supplier khud bhi export karte hai, kuch nahi karte. Kaiko pata nahi hota kaise export kare, kaioke paas time nahi hota etc.
