- Well that went a lot better than my first time against it in the japanese version. Anyway, next video will be MHWorld again, gonna take a while until I get to the endgame in MHGU anyway.

I haven't seen all valor styles with each weapon, however, based on this video, for dual blades, the moveset resembles that of the Frontier series. I think. It just looks insane. XD

I'm liking MHGU a lot on switch but.. i can't love it more than rise lol, we all have opinions after all.
the multiplayer system killed me tbh, same as any other old gen MH. solo is boring once you beat everything, and in mhw i can join people hunt whenever i want, i spent like 150 hours on MHGU and 70 hours on MH4U,
I can surely seek small community to play with but im not a fan doing that tbh lol, so its partly my fault
Came to watch this after finally getting back to Gen Ultimate so I could say I defeated the Valstrax before the Crimson Glow version in Rise. Didn't cart, broke everything except one of the wings, and felt very satisfied after banging my head against the wall in the demo. I've got a lot more experience I need to build being a Valor Dual Blader. It was refreshing to watch your skills in action here, and it gives me ideas on how to conduct the fight in the future.

I was surprised that the Monster Field Guide in MHW, despite giving you tons of in-game info for once, didn't include your own best solo and multiplayer kill times. I feel like this should be a thing in the Hunter's Notes in MH games now. lol

What armor set did you use?
Does Valor style have some kind of hidden skill that restores sharpness if guard point is successfully executed? If so, I am so down to trying it out
Also, is guard point only useable once the gauge is filled?
I've only played the Japanese Demo a few times so Valor style is still really new and confusing to me
I know the Seregios weapons have autosharpen just by rolling, but possibly? I'm just a basic guild bitch who didn't want a strange moveset so I wouldn't know.

Jesus fuck, I dropped dualswords for Longsword when I started XX a few days ago, but god DAMN this video sure made me regret it.
I completely destroyed him with the GS and aerial style, he pretty much stands still while you jump and charge your attack

@@CantaPerMe Funnily enough I was just spamming buttons and then thought specials are performed with X + A I should try that with dashing. Thankyou anyways, literally no one on UA-cam has said anything about this or in tutorials. Love I can just hold R and run into an attack.

How do you do these dodges like 2:29?
When in valor mode you can do a dash by pressing R, at the very start of the dash there is a guard point, if you are hit during that moment, the damage is negated, and you use a counterattack
