For sure a easy recipe for quick smokes and parties, John. I was at Fresh Thyme up in Pleasant Hills on Friday. Found out the make their own sausage, with some awesome flavors, like ultimate Italian, garlic, basil and pepper and chipolte. We tried it last night grilled and it was very good, and will smoke them next time. Best part, 4.99 a pound! Have a good week John!
