Nowadays, wooden press oil is available in the market. But it is not a bull driven wooden press. Only the machine is in the place of the bull, everything else is the same. So will those oils work? Can I use that oil?

@@-Rup- In Punjab, in every second village you can get. Just give them nut/seed of which oil you want, after a day they will give you.

Leave browntop and eat the remaining and still we get health, browntop is not compulsory but if we have it, It is undoubtedly an added advantage. Also the price of all good things are high because It is a collective fault of all of us. So if we create the demand the price will come down. Also if we do the farming, millet farming is quite easy as it needs no pesticides and almost no hardwork and the yield comes in three to 4 months. So even if we do one time of cultivation in one acre. Dividing it in 5 parts for all five millets. We have millets for 2 years ready. So these are solutions.
