Sir we are adding some butter milk along with ragi kanji Is butter milk harmful to blend with kanji
I think butter milk is product of milk which is harmful as told by Dr.Khader in his talks so we must avoid it.
Consuming milk directly is harmful. Butter milk and Curd are good but should be consumed in a regulated way. As far as Ganji is concerned, it is very good food but it's better not to add butter milk to it.
