Dangerous Scrambler Bikes in Wavertree, Liverpool

These idiots passed our car as were driving down Wavertree High Street. No tax, no insurance, no safety equipment. A serious accident waiting to happen and innocent bystanders lives are being put at risk. Sorry sound on rear camera is poor and of course the image is reversed.
