They were really close I wouldn't be surprised if kisame was told of itachis secret by itachi himself And kisame respects itachis hustle and will to do what it took for the leaf
Also realize that Kisame has never addressed anyone with respect not Pain nor Madara but in the end he did refer to Itachi as "Itachi-san" first time in the series Kisame showed respect for someone, perhaps remembering that conversation he realized there was more to the Uchija massacre than he knew, given he was aware the world is full of lies.
I thought kisame actually respected Madara wdym. He was in the Akatsuki in order to fulfill the plan Madara told him because he liked it. A world of only winners.
Kisame is the most underrated character for me. In his initial introduction he seems like the stereotypical big musclehead partner to the cool, suave Itachi and seemed like he'd be one of the first villains defeated. But he was one of the last to die. And each interaction we got to see bits and bits of his relationship with Itachi, and this episode we get the full context of his characters, about killing comrades. Soon he didnt value everything, it felt like a lie. But in the end he sacrificed himself for his comrades, the Akatsuki. The shark symbolism is on point, and how the backstory also serves to build up Madara and give context to why people would support his illusion world plan, as well as hitting on the central theme of "what does it mean to be a shinobi", Kisame's is someone i appreciated so much more than I thought. He even thought of Itachi in his final moments, and how he truly respected him. It was a twisted form of redemption for him, to achieve the clarity of the mist of uncertainty clearing in his head at the moment of death.
I don't think you guys understood Kisames backstory. You guys got sad because of Itachi called Danzo a douche but with Kisame you guys did not agree ? His Team was weak and they fought an elite Anbu Force from Konoha there was no way to escape for "ordinary" Ninja. It was Kisame mission to kill his comrades its not like he did it without a wimp. His whole life was a lie think about it. His Village lied to him and his comrades. Fuguki Suikazan(The Orange haired dude with Samehada who gave Kisame the order to kill his comrades if he has to) said that the intel was more important to the village than his comrades but in the end Fuguki HIMSELF betrayed the village ironically thus Kisame killed him. Basically everything around him was a lie. And then he finds out that the Ninja Governor of the mist (4th Mizukage Yagura) is ALSO a lie because he gets controlled by Tobi thats why Kisame was so fucked in his head because everything he did was cause of a lie his whole life was a lie.

The author didnt feel right about having another person to voice Kisame, so he drew a conclusion to Kisame's arc. This episode was dedicated to the voice actor (Tomoyuki Dan).
Reason behind kisame's ruthlessness is, if you remember well zabuza was the one who ended a tradition in the mist by slaughtering his class. Before that they were supposed to kill their 1 classmate. Zabuza hated this tradition so to stop further future tragedy due to this tradition he killed everyone in his graduation class. Which ended that gruesome tradition once and for all. It's due to this ceremony hidden mist was called the bloody mist village along with the bloodline massacre too.
I just had a thought... Kisame once caught on to the fix idea that he and Itachi are of the same field of berries and must understand each other perfectly. Perhaps it was the desire to cling to this truth and not let it go that created a gap in Kisame that Itachi, being a manipulator by nature, used to confirm his leading role in the team. Kisame loves to blissfully keep repeating how Itachi is merciless and cold - he lives by the thought that his dominant partner is an icy and cruel man with a steel punishing hand. It is also important to note that Itachi's dominant position is formed in a completely natural way - with Kisame and Sasuke. He does not seek to consciously pull the blanket of leadership onto himself; he does not have any inferiority complexes pushing towards this. Itachi simply takes any situation into his own hands - again, it is completely natural that it should be so - and, thanks to his intellectual skills and self-confidence, he begins to manage it simply because no one else can handle it just as well. In principle, Hoshigaki’s conclusions were clearly not made out of the blue and I think he’s quite right, but I’m still wondering what kind of Kisame’s template ass break occurred when he went to heaven and there he learned the truth that the main Itachi’s dream is a world peace and an unhappy, calm life of a tentatively adored younger brother, with whom he is ready to rub face to face, pronouncing words of love. Well, you remember, season 1. The fact that Kisame most likely didn't know anything about Itachi until the very end is one of the most ironic things in manga and anime. Kisame wished to unite with Itachi in one team, because he discerned a soul mate in him and immediately said so. However, what was Itachi’s reaction to this statement? Well, Itachi did not offer Kisame a drink of beer, as we see))) Itachi shows us a very interesting pattern of behavior: it includes a professional psychiatrist, Dr. Lecter. From the first minute, he discerned the whole essence of Kisame and hit him in a vulnerable point with his specific purpose (most likely, to shake off the position of Kisame, who imagines something there). So, what we see in front of us: Kisame specifically sought someone who understands him. But why? Perhaps because for Kisame, killing his own team was a traumatic experience that he could not forget and fully digest, even though he completed the mission flawlessly and with a smile of an unknown nature to us (whether it was a smile as a protective mechanism, or not - so do not immediately say).
The scarlet duo my favorite of the akatsuki, kisame’s death impacted hard if you understand what he went through most importantly if you understand he actually had a strong bond with itachi😢(which sadly the reactors failed to understand )
What you were saying about Kisame as a kid and why he became so ruthless. Remember the blood mist village stuff? Just like Zabuza, Kisame was one of the few generations that had to kill his entire class during the academy's graduation exam. So that's probably why. I just remembered that.
Kisame behaved like a real ninja. Information is the most valuable thing. More important than life. It's hard to imagine today in modern times. And as for Gai sensei, he showed strength although it is not his full power! Amazing reaction, amazing fight, Naruto is amazing. I hope Naruto somehow gets along with the fox.
Kisame didn’t have a reaction to Itachis death because at 25:21 kisame says “itachi it’s just like you said” and what itachi said was “who ever kills a comrade never dies a decent death” and itachi got killed by his brother which is not a good way to die thus kisame wasn’t sad or hurt that itachi died because he knew itachi wouldn’t die a decent death because itachi said so himself and the same for kisame he died by getting eaten by a shark another horrible way to die

Kisame is from the same village as zabuza, the mist. In part 1 naruto zabuza spoke on how cold blooded the mist academy was, this is why they were both savages.
I would like to answer one question of @Heisuten when you asked about Kisame. Kisame and his generation (like his fellow seven swordsman: Zabuza) was raised when Hidden Mist village was ruled by fourth Mizukage e.g Madara Uchiha. At that time it was called Blood Mist village because of the way they were trained. As Zabuza mentioned in Naruto Arc they had to kill their comrade to graduate. So most of the elite shinobi of Mist village of that generation are like Kisame.
Does anybody know why the dude at 3:48 with the glasses is so strong? Like it never gives you a background on him or really any information on him other then his name yet he's easily as strong as the most powerful ninja like kakashi, guy, and even kabuto at his current strength.
Yall might not see this but if you remember from the zabuza arc in the Academy in order to graduate you had to slaughter all your classmates in order to pass is what zabuza said so that could be why he's heartless after all the bloody mist was ruthless😅👏
I wonder if Guy's dad knew the opening 8 inner gates and taught Guy...or did he made it up of his own?...like his dad was wearing same green tights as him
Kisame took a direct hit of Hirudora and still has the strength to break free of the wood style jutsu, that’s willpower right there. Kisame is a true G
One of the different things between Kisame and Itachi,is that Kisame had a clearer opportunity to kill his "Danzo" in his story, including what he did, killing the master and taking Samehada for himself
As to why Kisame became like he was, the Hidden Mist was known as the "Bloody Mist", because of their "test" of having what is essentially death tournaments as a graduation. The tradition was only stopped after Zabuza killed everyone in his year.

Kisame Hoshigaki might have started with something very simple like leaving his comrade behind due to fear or something else. Then, he may have resorted to killing his captured comrades then killing his comrades. Gradually, it became easier to do it (at least in the moment) but the burden of doing so was also weighing on him. That's why when he got the chance to actually be a good comrade, he took it. For kisame, the goal (According to me), was never to make a world without lies but just to be a good comrade for once.
Anyone ever heard that sharks can’t cry? If they could I bet we would’ve seen a part with kisame shedding a tear for killing the girl or having his last battle with might guy
if you wonder about the past of kisame, it's pretty similiar to the one zabuza described. the graduation exam in the hidden mist village of the 4th mizukage (madara) was to kill your comrades (that's why it was called blood mist). it's kinda like anbu's root but for the whole village - creating emotionless, merciless killing tools. that's why zabuza attempted a coup but failed
You forgot that the ritual to become Genin in the Hidden Mist is killing your classmates. Zabusa told us, that's why KIsam has no problem in killing comrades. While the 3rd Mizukage was under Madara's genjutsu the village was known as the Bloody Mist and the 4th said they left behind that after that kids death.

Well, Itachi did not offer Kisame a drink of beer, as we see)))
Itachi shows us a very interesting pattern of behavior: it includes a professional psychiatrist, Dr.
Very interesting point of view mate
Heisuten:”everyone is getting powered up, look at guy”
Me: “maniacal laughing*
28:21 he said "itachi-san" shows how much respect he had for itachi
Lil chinq: “It has been a little bit since you’ve seen some guy action.”
Gainkage: “Yes it has”
Us: 😳
underrated comment
Kisame is the realest ninja in Naruto r.i.p to a real one 🙏🏽
The scarlet duo my favorite of the akatsuki, kisame’s death impacted hard if you understand what he went through most importantly if you understand he actually had a strong bond with itachi😢(which sadly the reactors failed to understand )
Did you forget Kisame grew up in the blood mist?
so excited for next video
13:50
saitama: wait... can I make it too?
What you were saying about Kisame as a kid and why he became so ruthless. Remember the blood mist village stuff? Just like Zabuza, Kisame was one of the few generations that had to kill his entire class during the academy's graduation exam. So that's probably why. I just remembered that.
Kushina says “Dattebane”
Naruto says “Dattebayo”
Boruto says “Battebasa”
They don’t actually translate to anything but they are made to mean “Ya know”
nice reaction😊
I hope you still doing this until the end of episode of naruto shippuden. You made my day.
Man, Guy is so strong that I bet someone would even say he is THE STRONGST...
I cannot wait for you to watch the next episodes
And one more sick fight guy sensey have :D
Can't wait for you to react to another, very particular battle involving Guy.
I've really gotta start watching Naruto again because you're catching up to where I am😆
GUYYY my mannn💪💪
"you don't know what kind of human you are until the very end" so true
After this there are so many fillers in between ep 300
@@Sined118 lol
we love you bruh
Keep in mind kisame didn’t even have his sword and he didn’t turn into his shark mode
@@yugdabodia6109 dude. Fucking spoilers.
@@yugdabodia6109 1.) Add spoilers
2.) His merged state literally rivals any of the Jinchuriki and his healing factor with Samehada is ridiculous. Guy would literally have to kill himself to kill Kisame
@@yugdabodia6109 Not only it's a spoiler but it's wrong lmao. Guy would need to use the 8th gate to beat Kisame at his full potential. But Guy would die if he uses the 8th gate. So either Both will die or Kisame will survive.
At the end of the day, my money is on Kisame since Guy dies in both scenarios lol.
Guy was holding back as to not kill kisame. So that’s not even a full power 7th gate.
@@oranchapman7722 Kisame wasn't at full power, not even close. Ran out of chakra, wasn't in shark mode and most importantly didn't even had his sword.
even near death she felt sorry for him and instead of being overcome by rage she saw his suffering
He finished this journey but I still remember him like seriously
LMAO! Kisame's thumb twitch could've very well been just a body reflex. And he got f***ed up for it.
RIP kesame 😢 I like him he was funny and acceptable
The reason Samehada likes Killer Bee so much is that his Tailed Beast's chakra taste as octopus, and Samehada really likes it
Guy: This isn't my final form!
“Guy beat this guy so hard he killed himself” 💀 🤣
Does anybody know why the dude at 3:48 with the glasses is so strong? Like it never gives you a background on him or really any information on him other then his name yet he's easily as strong as the most powerful ninja like kakashi, guy, and even kabuto at his current strength.
Heisuten: "I didn't know that guy was that strong"
You'll be surprised soon 😅✌️
Yall might not see this but if you remember from the zabuza arc in the Academy in order to graduate you had to slaughter all your classmates in order to pass is what zabuza said so that could be why he's heartless after all the bloody mist was ruthless😅👏
Kisame just flinched a finger and bammmmm
Guy: I told you not to move
I wonder if Guy's dad knew the opening 8 inner gates and taught Guy...or did he made it up of his own?...like his dad was wearing same green tights as him
Kisame took a direct hit of Hirudora and still has the strength to break free of the wood style jutsu, that’s willpower right there. Kisame is a true G
Phoo Yeah remember guy held back so he wouldn’t kill kisame so it wasn’t a full power hirudora
@@oranchapman7722 kisame wasn’t at full power when he fought 7 gates though.
@@oranchapman7722 Kisame was weakened and not even at his peak power lmao.
He was not afraid to kill his own people bcz he was from blood mist village.remember chunin exam zabuza talked about?
One of the different things between Kisame and Itachi,is that Kisame had a clearer opportunity to kill his "Danzo" in his story, including what he did, killing the master and taking Samehada for himself
Lil chin laughing because he knows what 8 gates means x)
Were is cool donuts? Oh, he's here.
As to why Kisame became like he was, the Hidden Mist was known as the "Bloody Mist", because of their "test" of having what is essentially death tournaments as a graduation. The tradition was only stopped after Zabuza killed everyone in his year.
Heisuten: Guys is so strong
A certain someone: you almost killed me bastard
And this isn’t the last time seeing Guy being a beast that he is...😤
This is why Guy is not in the hidden leaf when Pain attacked
@@Sined118 he can kill with 7 gate the 6 pains and he open 8 gate to kill nagato and goodnight for pain.and second there it was and naruto and other ninja he was not alone with 6 pain if he was there.
@@bisha9756 he can’t kill the deva path with 7 gates especially with no knowledge on pain ,but 8th pain negs. He’d still overall lose since he’d broke out of chibaku tensei with 8 gates kill pain and die. When he does that Nagato just gets new pains and lives while guy sacrifices his life.
If they could I bet we would’ve seen a part with kisame shedding a tear for killing the girl or having his last battle with might guy
if you wonder about the past of kisame, it's pretty similiar to the one zabuza described. the graduation exam in the hidden mist village of the 4th mizukage (madara) was to kill your comrades (that's why it was called blood mist). it's kinda like anbu's root but for the whole village - creating emotionless, merciless killing tools. that's why zabuza attempted a coup but failed
naruto finally went super sayian
You forgot that the ritual to become Genin in the Hidden Mist is killing your classmates. Zabusa told us, that's why KIsam has no problem in killing comrades. While the 3rd Mizukage was under Madara's genjutsu the village was known as the Bloody Mist and the 4th said they left behind that after that kids death.
Since the dudes in the back won't tell you. Not everyone who summons is a sage, but all sages have summonings.
The blue beast is finally revealed!
Hope ya caught what Yamato said. They explain stuff so bad, but wood style suppress chakra. Thats why its good for controlling tailed beasts.
Naruto was lucky he never fought Kisame directly, Kisame is like his perfect counter.
Fox unless he goes sage mode am pretty sure if kisame absorbs to much natural energy it will be bad for him just like one of the pains
@@niceandflyy Sage mode cannot do anything in the water dome he used against Killer B, besides he can absorb the jutsus themselves, just not the chakra directly, Pain absorbed an sage odama rasengan just fine.
Fox I said if he absorbed too much natural Energy it will be bad for him pain did absorb a sage mode Rasen shiruken but absorbing too much will turn him into stone , also he absorbed odama rasegan because Jiraya was not a perfect sage like naruto
Kisame is every Jinchuriki's counter. I hate how underrated he is in the community because he's arguably just as powerful as Pain or Itachi with Samehada
Kisame and itachi had a thing in the game one of the ninja storm games. Their last battle before that sasuke fight
Kisame went out with a bang.
07:29 that comparison was bullseye
Kisame went out like a G
They missed the chance to say big brain at 18:55
How did u know that if guy opens the 8th gate he would die?? Im pretty sure they didnt said that in the anime not that i remember
gai and kisame, two of the best and strongest characters of naruto
What is the website you use to watch naruto shippuden
He’s a sage shark 🦈 😅😂🤣
Guy's attack names are kinda cool and funny.
Hirudora = Daytime/afternoon Tiger
Without spoiling much...
there'll be Evening and Night after that...Means Hirudora is pretty much his basic 8inner gates attack 😅
People don't realize how powerful guy is. If he was to go 8 gates I think he'd literally end any enemy after what he did to a certain someone.
Actually many people in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden refers to Kakashi as the strongest jonin of the Leaf, but actually as we can see the strongest jonin of Konoha is Gai
Yamato was sooo confused in this arc lol
the turtle is like in mario
