- Investigators uncovered a violent conspiracy to steal and sell luxury vehicles all over the metroplex and even in Mexico. Police believe the 7 men are responsible for more than 200 auto thefts.

Actually, I think castle law does apply to vehicles, but I think you still have to prove that stealing that property would put you or your family in danger. …I don’t know if living on the streets counts because, for all we know, that IS your literal house. Your life would be greatly affected, but you wouldn’t die unless it was winter or 120 degrees out.
I just know that when someone stole a 10 year old iPod out of my car, I mentioned to an officer doing the report (because the whole neighborhood got hit), that the kid (I’m assuming) is lucky he didn’t get shot over something like that, and he agreed that I would have the right, especially since the car was parked on my property. But is it worth dealing with it in both criminal and civil court, because you know their grieving family would sue. …I just want my iPod back darn it! That’s music that I OWN. No streaming service subscription required.
