Yearly reminder! Sonic Adventure 2 came out 2 years after this game, and had both: sliding down the declining street and running away from the truck towards the screen.

In the Mario 3 All Forts Race, Poo's movements crashed his oponent's cartridge twice. Though due to on-the-fly routing, they did manage to keep it a real race after the first crash.
Is Pepsi Co. AWARE of the insane popularity this japan only advertisement idea has? Damn, just make Pepsiman comics, shows, sell Pepsi at GDQ, have Pepsiman conventions, BUILD PEPSI CITY. This is how you have control over the world people, because I know more people than just myself who would willingly give into this shit. Every time this game is on GDQ people turn into Pepsi worshippers if they haven't been fans before.

I remember at the event a bunch of people (including Pepsiman on the couch) was going to the various rooms at the hotel and giving out mini-cans of Pepsi to promote the run. Pepsi usually gives me a headache, but I’m not turning down a free drink from a guy in that costume lol
Next year, we need a whole Pepsi block with Pepsiman, a speedrun of Fighting Vipers using Pepsiman, and Pepsi Invaders (does that game have an ending?).

so, i live near a pepsi factory and they did a limited time offer that the first 100 people to visit the factory with a pepsi in their hand starting june for summer vacation. only like 20 people actually went and i was one of them. the factory was really boring and no where near as fun as the one in the game.
Went into this run a Coke boy, came out a Pepsi man.

What's the point of having a cutscene percent if you talk over so many cutscenes? You can't hear the first FMV, and all of the intro in-game cutscenes.
The intro cutscenes are kind of quiet so I figured it'd be a better comedic experience to give the footnotes. Will keep that in mind.

what bugs me the most is that this doesn't even look like a bad game. I don't know about the controls because I never played it but it looks diverse and funny. Definitely saw games that were much worse, not gonna lie :D

Ok but really the most impressive thing about this run is that his estimate was 25:47, and he was only off by 0.4 seconds! EDIT: I read the final estimate at the very end. Guess it got changed for some reason afterwards.
