I like those Rims. I have similar on 3 of my Rigs... IMO, yours would look more modern, by leaving the outer ring off, might need shorter screws. Love the scale lug nuts!! Mine don't have those. ... Depending on how detailed you want to go, painting the brake drums a rusty color adds a nice touch. I show it in one of my videos. VERY nice though! Just subscribed. 😊

Hello Nicholas MacDonald, thank you for your positive comment👍 i am in SoCal and i know there is not that many people into the Tamiya trucks, so yes we are rare. I think that more promotion is needed by Tamiya here in the USA and there prices need to get lower, this way it can be more accessible to younger audience. It's great that you also have a globeliner truck, i think they look mean and strong. Awesome on your purchase, Yes it is a 2mm hex driver, removing the screws from the back of the rim is the only safe way. Thank so much on your positive comment and for watching my video 😁
@@miltonrcadventure no problem! and thanks for heads up on the nut driver, I bought a set of 5 from amazon uk and it came with the small pin for the driver as well money well spent... I also got some scania blue transfers from an Italeri 1/24 tuck accesorries kit ( the one with the Hiab crane in it) perfect for the wheel hubs they look fantastic on them!.. £30 UK price it had 6 of the blue scania decals.. along with many other makes of truck too banner decals MAN Scania , Volvo , Merc etc the decal sheet was huge,
