Farrier here. I would highly advise to get a farrier out for the horse to just double check his feet before any work/riding. He looks a little stiff but to be expected from the ride. But especially auction horses, I would highly recommend getting a vet/farrier out :)

Not being negative or anything, but as thin as he is and curly his coat is it looks like he has cushings. I would get him tested. It is a simple blood test.
I love the suggestion for Bullseye but then you'd be obligated to get more animals to name Woody and Jessie 😂 I also think Phoenix is a wonderful name because with some TLC he will be reborn into a brand new horse! He's adorable!

you don’t understand how happy this makes me. i remember Nacho. Missy is the reason i started my equestrian journey so young and im now a teen doing show jumping. I’m so happy to see her still having that equestrian in her. I’m so happy to see the boys getting to experience the equestrian life. I can’t wait for the journey.❤
