I am amazed at how you are able to take the standard kit designs and create totally new/different/fabulous cards. This cascading pleats design is amazing.

I can do better than just measurements. As I mentioned in the video, I have measurements along with written instructions AND I made a template for you to make out easy for you to make these. No need to screen shot or write anything in a hurry during the video. I did it for you. And it’s all free on my blog. The link is in the videos description, and the comments. But just in case that is hard to find here it is again: stampwithtami.com/blog/2023/12/blog-hop-video-cascading-pleats-rustic-christmas-card-1/
Hi Tami. Love this card. Can you tell me how many cards you can make like the one you did in this video with the Rustic Christmas Countdown Kit? Thank you!
Wow, the Light the Sky set is Awesome!!! Great New Years cards! Thank you for showing us all how to do these cards. You make it so very easy to follow your directions!!
I’m a new Demonstrator in Victoria, BC, Canada and LOVE watching you doing your videos❣️ this morning I caught your Dec 2 UA-cam on cascading pleat fold. You demoed using all the papers I bought!!! following the online Onstage event Thanks SO much Tami❣️ (BTW it’s 4am 🤪)
I'm happy to! Here's the link to the blog post with the free pdf and template: stampwithtami.com/blog/2023/12/blog-hop-video-cascading-pleats-rustic-christmas-card-1/
Just to clarify the sneak peeks we were referring to are from the special guest attending our Stamp It demo meeting tomorrow. I don't have any info on SAB add on items.
I have watched this video about 6 times trying to figure out how the toolbox was made. I have printed out your instructions, but the cutting of the DSP is kind of confusing. Do you by any chance have more detailed directions on this step? I’m trying to make 10 cards for an exchange & I only have 2 packs of the DSP. I need to cut the 4 sheets frugally. I have searched & searched, & you are the only one who has posted the toolbox. I’m hoping you can HELP.
I'm thrilled you like my toolbox card design-yes, I personally designed the toolbox and all of the cards I shared in this series, which is probably why I'm the one you found for the toolbox! Regarding the Cascading Pleats, there are two different orientations to consider landscape and portrait . I recommend watching the video again and specifically skipping to the chapter titled "How to make a Cascading Pleats Landscape" at the 6:47 minute mark for visual instructions. Use the card base measurements shown in the video and the template for the LANDSCAPE card (please disregard the scoring in the instructions that mentions 1-1/16"... those are for portrait orientation). For cutting the Designer Series Paper (DSP), the measurements should be pretty straightforward as listed on the instruction sheet. If there's a specific part that's confusing, feel free to email me directly at tami@stampwithtami.com with more details, and I’ll do my best to help you out. Here's the direct link to the tool box tutorial: stampwithtami.com/blog/2023/12/trusty-tools-toolbox-card-cascading-pleats-series-5/ A crucial tip: Always test a new fold on scrap paper before using your good designer paper or card stock. This way, you can avoid any mishaps with your limited supply, especially since you need to make multiple cards frugally. Looking forward to helping you make your card exchange a success! Best, Tami
