Awesome video Sirji ..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I just love the fact that u do so much of research on the topic u bring out on each and every plant u talk about . U really cover all the questions we have in mind about the plants u make videos on .... and that too to the point .... 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 . One humble request Sir .... please make an elaborate video on hydrangeas.... as I have this plant in my garden for last three years but it has never bloomed for me after I bought it with flowers .... tried shifting it to different light conditions , different fertilisers .... but no luck so far . We live in coastal Karnataka .... any tips ? 🙏🏻

Informative video, but a very unhealthy plant, and a rust ridden cutter. I have many murayya plants at my home, but not grown in pots, direct under care of Mother earth. They are at my home for decades and have not seen them being infested any major bug. There are different types murayya with different types of leaves, stem, branches, some straight, some like creepers. When in bloom, they have a wonderful fragrance. They decorate three sides of my home, and act like a hedge covering the railing. I do not know of a better plant for purposes of a hedge.
@@Urbanscapegardening Thanks for the prompt and gracious response. Fortunate to communicate with someone 'alive in mind and spirit ', in this otherwise dead world. Frankly I would love to see your title as 'Rural Landscape...'. This word rural, for me, has a divine and rustic charm, whereas the word urban seems to be associated with pollution, dust, concrete, and false show. Among others, I have a murayya plant at home,, one of remembrances of my late father, about 50 years old, with a very stout stem. White ants visit this plant every rainy season, then vanish without causing it any harm. My late father was given the work of developing a forest at Hauz Khas, Delhi in 1967, now known as City Forst, Deer Park, Hauz Khas. It is from him that I learnt about Murayya. I pray to Mother Nature that you spend a substantial part of your life among trees and birds. Thanks again.
@@Urbanscapegardening By all means, trees, at least to me, are my existence itself. I have a mango tree at home. My hands are folded on their own, when I see it. An American ( whom I very deeply respect), used to say that I cannot live at a place where there are no trees or birds. Later on I came to know that this American had a profound effect on Gandhiji's life. Due to Murayya I came to know of the human inside you. 'Synonymous with very existence '.....beautiful words. When we let Mother Nature inside us, this mundane existence vanishes. Thank you. May you lead life according to your dreams!
Would you mind to provide tips on planting seeds and making 35 ft hedge? How mature murraya should be to transplant it to ground soil ? If I'd like to make 7-8 ft tall hedge, at what height I should start pruning it? Thank you in advance! ❤
