      @@ScienceEmporium It's been a year and I guess almost all the videos on practicals have been uploaded on the channel but still wanted to say that I REALLY loved the inclusion of music. I usually have a hard time maintaining focus on a video / low attention span but I faced no such difficulty this time because of the music. This might be unpopular and maybe I liked it just because of the novelty and it might not have the same effect in the future but at the moment I'm super thankful and it's extremely hard to not leave a comment about it

    The circuit diagram you are drawing is for dynamic characteristics as you measure voltage across diode and resistance. Are you sure there is current limiting resistor inside your apparatus? If Yes
    This is not forward bias static characteristics.

    Sir, in plotting graph we used ohm's law know sir but ohms law obeying materials i.e., ohmic conductors will have a graph of straight line know sir but this graph is not so, why sir what is the reason?

    One suggestion, as per convention, use red wire for positive terminal connection. It would look more neat and easy to trace.

      CUT IN VOLTAGE or KNEE VOLTAGE voltage exist in forward bias only. Ideally, for silicon it is 0.7V and for germanium diode it is 0.3V .
      In reverse bias there is BreakDown Voltage. As per video, it is 22 V. Watch Video at 11:35
