These builds always look so neat, although having only built SFF with off the shelf, I still know this is no easy task.

I cant wait. I got a coworker laying down a lasercut program for a small revision to fall more in line with the origional S4M with the skyslot pattern.
My workplace just got some fancy new roller dies that allow us to parts with features close to the bend line. Already ran with 0.163" distance between a feature and it bends without distortions... its close but i think it can fit 3 slot gpus but will be limited to the (roughly) 315mm length. :)

would be awesome to have some brushed aluminum on the other side aswell. Maybe as logo accent? The Logo side is so dark. Otherwise, damn nice build!

Hi! I don't have any optical drive systems, but it would't be hard to do. Just use the base O5L files and extend the height a tiny bit, throw in your optical drive cad (grabcad.com) and cut the slit out for it.

I'm happy to help answer questions, and I also have a discord channel with lots of friendly helpful people. You can download the files in the description, you can mod them in the CAD application of your choice. If you want to hand make it you can use a jigsaw and drill like I have done on past videos, or you can submit to SCS. Then you choose the paint and finishing touches.
