omfgggg pix !! 😩 i’ve been trying to grow out my natural hair but every time u post with this new hair i have to restrain myself from dying my hair pink again 😀🥲 my internal monologue is like “SYDNEY u are horrible at maintaining pastel hair and u can still be a sparkly kawaii girlie with long brown hair it’s not boring” (who am i kidding) (i’m losing the battle why is ur hair so cute) i need to buy some clip in colorful extensions and hope that holds the urges back .
This type of content is my everything. There's something so, so satisfying about seeing your beautiful patterning/mock up. Super keen for the next vlog

maybe for the crochet wings, try raffia, silk, or linen yarn? something lightweight with a teeny bit of shine so they mimic feathers. dont know if itll actually work, but i feel like itll match the vibe! if you want it fluffy like down feathers, you can do mohair or yarn with a bit of a fuzzy halo around it (but theyre much harder to frog, so id avoid it if you are running out of patience 😅)
I use etsy a lot because you can find unique things on there, but the shipping is usually the same or more than what I want to order if it's outside of my country. Shipping is a pain! Velvet usually has a nice sheen to it so that could stand in for glittery fabrics.
girl pls use resin for the cameos! they will be so much more durable and have a smoother surface that you can paint with 'the goldest gold' paint from culture hustle to look like metal!

wing suggestion--- You're boning your corset, right? May not make some extra channels in your corset that can hold boning you can remove/put back. You can then sew your boning into your wings and then slide the long ends into the channels to keep them in place.

Idk if you’ve seen Sarah Spaceman’s new video about making a drill wig yet?? It could help with the dancing part, but maybe not the overstimulating bit. And it’s your cosplay, so do whatever you want to get the look you want!

Have you seen the trick of using tulle as a hairnet for pigtail wigs? I think it'd keep the hair a little neater specially while dancing 💃🏾
