You have to think about cause and effect before you react to business problems. Pulling on one thread is going to affect other parts of your business. So sometimes we have to reinforce the other side of the business before we pull on that thread even though that's the thing that's driving us crazy and that's the thing we really want to fix. We have to make sure that the rest of it doesn't crumble and fall apart. If you're not happy with where you're at now in your business, you can continue to do what you've been doing and continue to not be happy. The alternative is to try some new things which are also not going to make you happy, which are also going to be frustrating, which are also going to have a learning curve to them.
