WOW FedEx... do you TRAIN your employees to deliver this way?

Not the worst to date but WOW FedEx... do Ya'll train your employees to deliver this way?
I will never understand how someone who gets paid to do a job takes little to no pride in it to just throw someones package to the ground...

As a fedex ground driver, no one trains us how to handle packages, we just have to use common sense which this individual does not have. Ill admit some drivers lack work ethics but thats also the companys fault for not motivating drivers to be happy when on the road.
