This is a false teaching. Never are we to ask, pray to, or look to angels or earthly mothers to be our healers or restore us. But the reason of authority I have is God's word warning us NOT to pray to other spirits, angels, the dead, or humans. That we should only pray to the Father in the name of the Son! Nobody else, period! And the Bible is very clear in warning us that rulers of the air, spirits, and fallen angels seek worship and pose as false "gods". And somehow, some mysterious book, supposedly from the Essenes was found in some other nation, and not part of God's cannon, is inspired word? And it tells us Jesus says to look to our dead moms and certain angels for healing and redeeming? This is occult teaching and Satanic scripture. Consider yourselves warned!
