The griddle needs a lip around it to stop grease, food etc running/falling off into the bbq. The griddle looks cheap and looks to be pressed out of a sheet of stainless steel. It needs a ridge 20mm high all round with a drip hole. This would make it stronger and more rigid. If your grill isn’t sitting perfectly level everything is just going to run off into the charcoal.

That griddle top looks amazing, I’m picking up my PK360 today from Dickson barbecue centre here in Canada along with other accessories. Really wish PK would have offered this promo to fans outside the US as well

Shame it's so expensive here in the UK. My local metal supplier laser cut a very, very similar design for less than half the price 🤷‍♂️
